The Hoxton is a beautifully styled and well curated hotel. The location is perfect for walking down in the busier bits but still felt quiet and sucluded. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and very modern.

Just there for one night but the hotel felt like an oasis! The staff were soo helpful (shout out to Julian) and the location was fabulous. Rooms were nice but tight- very pleasantly surprised to see a private garden space attached to our ground level suite though! Breakfast was wonderful- we appreciated being able to order a complimentary hot breakfast (eggs, toast, bacon). Would definitely stay here again!

The Hoxton was a great surprise, been to Florence several times and found a place that is offering amenities and friendly staff and service with a property that mixes the renaissance charm of Florence with a modern vibe, the staff is young, helpful and courteous.

Would absolutely stay again. Close enough to everything but also not in the action. Clean and well designed!

Ten out of ten. I love everything about this hotel! It’s a tiny bit far (but not bad!) from the Duomo but it was so wonderful. I’d stay there again. Great free breakfast. Incredible staff (!!!) and wonderful rooms. Highly recommend!!!

Nice size room and friendly staff.15 min walk from hotel to city sights that are amazing. Good double glazing to keep the noise of the noisy bar on the groud floor. No hot water for one day

The location is a bit of a walk from the main sites but the hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we had issues with the AC and needed help booking taxis. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel, a really nice setting with Alesia their restaurant attached to the hotel. Our room had a radio and was switched on when we arrived and used this every day which was a really nice touch. Our room was next to ongoing construction across the road so be aware as me and my wife were woken up early on due to early start times to avoid the heat. Unfortunately we also both got bitten a lot by mosquitos in the room, presumably making their way into the room via the air conditioning. Other than that, I would stay again

This was my favorite stay during a two week trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived through checkout. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and the aesthetic was nice. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, the terrace was lovely for just relaxing or having an aperitif. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is an example of an outstanding hotel response: We had just arrived from an overnight flight to Rome… took the train to Florence and were exhausted. We arrived a little earlier than expected and while we waited for our room, the cafe and courtyard were kind and accommodating. We had booked a superior balcony room, and unfortunately our previous guests had overstayed their welcome… resulting in a later check-in for us. We were devastated as we needed sleep. However, luckily Federico & Felipo came to the rescue! They got us an upgraded available room so that we could check in on time and have accommodations that not only met our expectations but exceeded them! It goes along way when a hotel realized a problem, pivots and then goes the extra mile to make things spectacular. Federico - we really appreciate you!!! And thank you to the staff for dealing with our sleep-deprived manner! We slept so well and woke up rejuvenated ready to explore Florence. The location is great. The hotel is great. We slept like rocks every night. If we ever return or if anyone needs a Florence hotel recommendation, we suggest here! 5/5… 10/10! We also really enjoyed the cafe / restaurant. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great too.

Great clean inviting hotel with amazing common spaces. Greatly appreciate it being just a smidge outside of the chaos that is the historic city center. You definitely have an extra 15-20 minute walk to get to the primary tourist destinations, but after a day of the Uffizi to Ponte Vecchio to Academia human conveyer belt, a little calming walk back to the Hoxton was a welcome and wonderful retreat. Great hotel!
