The hotel is good enough for a 3 stars hotel. No Handicap parking. Room was not ready upon arrival. Had to wait 1 hr for room to be prepared.

Room was comfortable, although there was a smell to the room, and mold around the window. Carpet could have used a cleaning. Staff were nice and helpful. 10 mim walk to the train station.

Blood stains on the walls, the walls are cracked. Wallpaper is peeling off. Not even a kettle in the room. No telephone in the room to ring reception. Overall hygiene of the property is very poor. Hair dryer wire is burned in the bathroom. Pictures of the room on the listing on Expedia are nothing like the room you will actually get put in.

The room I stayed in caused me to have severe illness due to all the mildew that was in the room the first week I didn’t realize till the last day that the room was filled with mildew because I don’t look up or the walls. I’m so tired whenever I get back I just go straight to bed When I asked for a refund they denied me saying that they accommodated me from my second week to put me on the sixth floor, but that was courtesy on their part. I did not ask for that for me. I just needed a clean safe environment to put my head down I should not have been charged in that filth for the week. I am requesting a refund still. I have video and proof I am able to send but not on here. It’s just allowing pictures but I have video as my proof of my stay.

I have enjoyed the place as it was quiet and walkable to the beach, however some of the the days we have lost the internet connection, the phone was not working and there was no coffee/tea in the room or kettle to make it. The staff from reception was amazing and helped us to swap some towels when the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room. One of the sealing lights was flashing and not fixed as well. Overall I would return to the place if the quality vs price is balanced but definitely there is some improvements that can be made.

Everything was ok

It was the second and last time we’ll be staying as there were several minor problems with the room and room cleaning which could have been sorted quickly except the staff were indifferent and rude. Disappointing stay

Portugal has always seemed like a country where customer service is spectacular, but this time it wasn't entirely the case. I can say that only the night staff had the kindness to provide pleasant service, and we felt welcomed. However, sadly, both the front desk and dining room staff during the small breakfast were somewhat rude. And customer service... not found! Regarding the rooms, the bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows, but they don't provide everything necessary for making coffee. There’s a capsule coffee machine, but everything else is missing (cups, sugar, and spoons). We had requested from reception that these be provided, but it seems the day shift forgot, as we had to go at night to request it again after realizing there was still nothing. Lastly, they don’t have an iron for clothes, which was undoubtedly very inconvenient. Something that also surprised us was the lack of parking spaces. Given the busy nature of the place, they had half of the small parking lot closed, supposedly for construction, though during the four days, we didn't see any. To make matters worse, the employees use the few available spots for their own cars.

If you dont get a Deluxe suit dont go. My room Was horrible dirty and old and the smell terrible! They kindely exchange me for a deluxe suite wich was a wonderful! So be careful!

Great place to stay in CasCais!! Affordable place and we would stay again! Easy parking and walkable to the beaches and city centre. Staff are so friendly and helpful! Wish we stayed more days.
