Excellent place to stay in Jodhpur

The service was very good and the Chinese restaurant had an amazing food. Highly recommended

We were warmly greeted with a refreshing sherbet and welcomed into this majestic palace hotel. The hotel revealed the beauty of a different era, but had all the modern amenities. Then, when my mom unexpectedly fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to come to my mom’s aid including: bringing coconut water, kichdi, toast; having a doctor examine her in her room and even picking up medicines from the pharmacy. Thankfully, she fully recovered in a day. We also were impressed with the level of pride and flexibility with the restaurant waiters and chefs. We ordered a mild version of Lal Maas, which seems very contradictory to the whole point of the recipe, but I was being cautious given my considerable weak tolerance level for spiciness. They delivered…it was very good. So, a special thanks to Sachin, Shakti, Laxman and all the waiters, security, bellman that made our stay very comfortable.

The hotel stay was amazing. The only improvement could be that even though the breakfast spread was good, it was the same on both days of my stay. They could include more local dishes too.

A beautiful property, fantastic rooms, excellent hotel with over friendly staff ready to assist every guest. Food was excellent at the both the restaurants, lavish breakfast selection and so was al a carte food.

Wonderful check in experience, beautiful clean and comfortable rooms with elegance and local charm. The staff are polite, professional and courteous! We had a great luxurious visit.

The only comment that I will suggest is to have new towels!!!

Extremely friendly staff and very helpful concierge and front desk staff gave us great recommendations for forex places as well as other eating options during our brief stay there.

Wonderful hotel with great service. They helped arrange our airport pickup and also desert safari. The food in the restaurant was very good with a lot of items to choose from.

Nice property, good food, beds are very old, soft with one can feel the springs and were hurtful to the back. Unacceptable with a 5 star hotel.

Stay at Taj Harimahal was quite good. Especially set up evening events with local talent are a nice thought and always executed well by the staff. Staff is polite and helpful. Food was excellent. Local travel organised through Bhupender Singh Rathoreji (8209915252) was quite good experience, he gave right advise and organised right driver / vehicle for the need, also very flexible with timing and not expensive, overall good experience.

Very nice property. Service was wonderful with the housekeeping and front office staff. Divvya was very good at recommending everything around Jodhpur and ensuring our stay was content. The facility provides a really nice swimming pool, spa and fun activity for the kids (magic show, puppet show). The shopping was excellent with authentic Jodhpur clothes and bags.

Even before arriving, the hotel staff was responsive and helpful in arranging a shuttle from the airport. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again when visiting.

Lovely property, close to various sights. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Lokendra from housekeeping was wonderful and ran after us to drop off a piece of clothing we had accidentally left behind. Lokendra from the front desk was fantastic with all advice about sightseeing. We will come back!

Great property and service

Located within 5 minutes of the airport this is a super hotel. The hotel remains modern looking and is clean and tidy. From arrival the staff at the door are polite and friendly and this is continued with all staff through out the hotel. I arranged a site seeing tour through the hotel with a local guide, which was great value for money and well worth the effort. The rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained. Their is a great choice for breakfast both European and Indian foods along with fresh fruit and juices. Lunch and dinner in the restaurant the food was of good quality and was well attended by local families. A lovely hotel that i would recommend.

Amazing hospitality at Taj. Great stay experience. The staff was polite, courteous and very helpful. I had requested a pickup from the railway station and the chauffeur had reached b4 hand and was waiting for me which was excellent. Wud love to look fwd to my next stay and will also inform family and friends visiting Jodhpur to stay at Hari Mahal.
