The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

Wet disappointed with this property, not cheap and room in very bad condition. Cleanliness was very regular. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend other places in Biarritz.

Nice central location to walk around Biarritz, but tired rooms and moderate comfort. Not bad for the price, but not great.

No one came around to give fresh towels, no air conditioning so very hot in the room (went in August). Check out was at 10am and you had to clean up room and take out trash yourself. Beds just ok. Good price and good location.

We were travelling with a baby so this met our needs perfectly

Lovely hotel that is close to the beach and shops and restaurants, perfect for a getaway as so close to everything and the staff are very nice and friendly!

3 nights in Biarritz, was a lovely stay in a brilliant location and only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Good choice for central Biarritz and no car needed. Rooms are good size and comfortable.

hotel in need of up dating, kitchen would not cook in it. Rust on corner of the wall strip light not clean, floor tiles have cracks in ,moved out a day early could not cancel on the day had to pay for 3 night stay .

Good central location but balcony looked out onto road which is a bit noisy from constant traffic.

This hotel was better than even we were expecting. We expected a hotel room only to find when we arrived that we had a full apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, separate bathroom and toilet and a separate living area with it's own balcony. Very comfortable and good service all round, and only a 5 minute walk from town and the bus stop to the airport. May not be preferable for those looking to be closer to the beach, although it's still only a 10-15 minute walk away - for everyone else, this place is a winner.

First, this is not a proper hotel. It is an apartment/studio rental place that is very simple. If you check-in during lunch time or after 8 pm you have to call a number to get access to the building which we did not know about. It was a little bit of a pain. There is not really good parking on-site but they do have a couple spaces for a fee and you must reserve them in advance. I thought the room was comfortable enough but it felt like it needed a deep clean along with a full remodel. All the furniture was old and the room felt worn. The location is excellent and right in the center of Biarritz.

This residence is located within 5 mins of the main hubs of the town and the main beach, ideal situation.

Great location, if you don't like the walk book closer to beach. I loved that it was a kitchen unit and we cooked breakfast and made our lunches. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning and in summer months it gets hot. We requested portable fan and the staff was able to find one.
