It’s well located and the rooftop breakfast is nice. Rooms are nothing to write home about. It’s a decent place to spend a night.

Friendly staff, standard rooms that were clean, best parts of hotel were rooftop bar with beautiful views of Palermo and location was convenient and walkable to the touristy area.

The location is amazing and rooftop restaurant was also very good. Unfortunately our bathroom smelled like sewer the whole time and no one fixed it even thought we asked. In addition when we had a non alcoholic drink delivered with alcohol by mistake, and the person who ordered it with alcohol got the non alcoholic drink, they just switched the straws instead of making new drinks (and we didn’t even know the other person), they told us we couldn’t have an iron because it was a safety hazard. In addition the blow dryer only gave cold air (again for safety). So ridiculous! Overall a very basic hotel with low customer service and would never recommend or go back

This property was in a great location. The staff was unconcerned with the sewage smell in our bathroom that never went away. The rooms were very basic, not very clean. THe restaurant food was surprisingly good, however the waitress accidently switched an non-alcoholic drink with the alcholic version and after both had sampled the drinks and called it out- she just switched the straws instead of giving each a new drink! These people didn't even know each other! Staff was cold, aloof, unhelpful, and just plain dont care about customer service at all.

The information regarding this hotel is misleading. I requested to use the sauna and jacuzzi, but hotel staff said that wasn't possible without a reservation (the listing only recommends reservations for facial treatments and massages). Furthermore, they indicated there was a fee to use these amenities, when that is not indicated in the listing. When complaining about this, the hotel staff was super rude and did not help at all. Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay and wonderful service from the front desk. Palermo was beautiful. Being pretty much centrally located helped a whole lot.

When we checked in late there was a bug in our room…but they took care of us and moved us in the morning to another room.

The rooms were dirty (feces in toilet, hair on floor) and had to be recleaned. I booked that hotel because they had a restaurant and parking, neither of which were accurate. Very disappointed overall.

Convenient location - close enough to all the landmarks and shopping however a few blocks away form the big crowds although noisy of an evening. Very challenging to extract information of any value from the reception including at check in… Hotel clean. Breakfast limited however OK. Gym very small and limited however adequate for a workout.

Overall, it was good. Could not get the A/C system to cool down the room. Wasn’t blowing out cold air.

Felt like a hostel rather then a hotel the bed was like a brick did not sleep well .. someone’s cloths in the wardrobe.. sheets had a stain on them

The hotel was very nice, in a part of Palermo that is very close to the historic center. The rooftop bar/breakfast area was a nice place to both begin and end the day. Unfortunately, the pillows in our room were not comfortable at all, and I wound up with a terrible neck pain.

Nice hotel, very convenient to everything, A bus stop for the shuttle between the city center and the airport is a 2 minute walk away. Great shopping and food options within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again!
