Average and old. Breakfast not worth it.

Cute hotel run by nice staff.

The property was not as it looked in the pics. The rooms were shabby, hot, and dilapidated.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay very much. We got in late and had notified the property we would be late. They did a good job communicating instructions on how to check in. I do wish information on parking was included though because I’m still not sure I parked in the correct spot. I did not like that our room was on the -1 floor (basement), it felt a little creepy. The walls were very thin allowing me to hear the neighbors up until 2am. We also had the window cracked because it was hot, which in turn let in the cigarette smoke from the neighbors until they went to bed (not appreciated for a non smoker). Kitchenette would have been nice had we had time to grab groceries before arriving.

The apartment is just a little tired. Carpets and worktops show their age. Otherwise, great views and location

We really loved this place. The view over the lake was amazing, and staffs were friendly. Recommend if you are driving. 2 bedroom APT was spacious for 6 ppl (including 2 kids) You can't complain to stay in this place for this price.

Really good value . Easy parking. Close to Lidl . Decent sized apartment with lake views.

Room is spacious and clean. Furniture is well worn but serves its purpose well. Complex is very quiet and well maintained

Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. Will recommend all Chinese to stay at this hotel for lake view at a cheaper budget. The location is close to the train station for morning movers. 在依云住店如果不租车需要一定体力和毅力爬山😄

Shoddy and dated furniture and unclean but otherwise okay, like most of the Google reviews say. Parking was possible but not easy.

Appartement pratique en haut de la montagne. Funiculaire gratuit a 25 minutes de marche, mais difficile a trouver. Pratique pour aller visiter evians-les-bains.

No room service till we check out Old building and furniture carpet is very bad

Beautiful hotel. The room was large and had a private patio. We felt so safe up in the hill and only a short drive down to the town center. Would highly recommend!

The receptionist her is Erva was amazing, she was super nice and helpful and very professional.

Extremely good for the price. Would stay here again if in the area.
