Very friendly stuff. Clean and cozy room. Great location

Extremely friendly staff who always went out of their way to speak to you and make you feel welcome. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean and also warm which was very welcome after a day exploring in the winter! The breakfast area was spotless with a reasonable selection. I wouldn’t personally choose the breakfast at the hotel as there are hundreds of places to eat in the city, but the food was nice (especially the sweet raisin bread!) Our room was a twin with en-suite bathroom. The beds were comfortable and warm with good pillow selections. Shampoo and body wash were provided as well as towels. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a mini fridge. I bought some milk from a Zabka and kept it in the fridge so I could make tea whenever I wanted it! There is a safe provided too (no charge) The hotel is in an excellent position to reach all areas of the city. Approximately 5 mins to the old town, 10 to the Jewish quarter and 20 to the ghetto. Would recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room with good internet connection. Staff were polite and professional addressing all my needs. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the wonderful city of Krakow. I will high Y recommend it.

Our stay at Hotel Wielopole from Dec 4-9, 2025, was exceptional. While Krakow is a beautiful city, the team at this hotel made our trip truly special. The front desk staff were simply amazing - friendly, extremely helpful, and constantly going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel really embraced the season; the Christmas decorations were beautiful, and we loved the fun daily message board. A real highlight was the evening vodka tasting in the lobby - such a unique and welcoming touch! You honestly cannot beat this location. It is extremely close to The Old Town (an easy walk), which was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets. It was also very convenient for all of our tour pickups, making the logistics of our trip stress-free. The room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and perfectly adequate for our needs. Given the location and the service, the size was a minor trade-off we were happy to make. I would highly recommend Hotel Wielopole to anyone visiting Krakow!

Very good staff, clean room, good facilities, ie water,kettle, coffee maker,safe. Good location for access to main square.Reception open 24 hours. Only slight downside was no drawers in bedroom only shelves.

Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. Location was great for the markets, 10 min walk max! All the staff we encountered were very friendly

Location was good, staff were excellent. Hotel and room was dated, room was also quite dark. But was value for money. Facilities suited price range.

Lovely independent hotel, staff were warm and welcoming, stress free stay, hotel has lots of charm, nice rooms with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms, would recommend, great location for central old town and tour pickups
