Property was nice but tge rooms were poorly cleaned.

They were still working on the hotel still had a lot damaged from the hurricane last year

Hotel is dated, needs full renovation. Young man at front desk was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Probably would not stay here again.

They upgraded us for free which was no favor at all when we got there our keys wouldn’t let us in and we were on forth floor so we had to go all the way back down. At first it seemed nice great view from the balcony looked comfortable but the shower had a plastic tile on ceiling that fell down so no one wanted to use the shower the tv didn’t work it said no signal the Wi-Fi was horrible Shower was dirty, expensive for what we got or what we didn’t get I should say

They failed to mention the rooms conjoined or else I would not have booked. They say they have breakfast they have single serve cereal and juice and when I told them issues I had all they could say was I’m sorry. It did have a beautiful view. But people coming in all hours of the night so loud I wouldn’t recommend it.

I'll start on positive note. Great location. Location is incredible. Hotel-- out of date and falsely depicted on hotel.com. It was bike week so I should know better. PAID $330 for one night. Booked based on pictures. Room 304. Should have booked name brand. Two colors carpet. Green and orange. Cut right down middle. Bathroom was tiny and looked like homeless person installed everything. Tile was barely grouted. Pictures on hotel.com don't reflect what this place is. Only upset due to cost.

If you’re looking for an oceanfront with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view at an affordable price then this is the place for you. I come here twice a year just to get away from My busy life and when I leave I feel like a new person. They are doing some construction in the back, but my peace was never disrupted.

Room was clean but needed updating. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our check-in was fast and easy and the clerk was very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

All of the staff was very friendly & helpful The view from the room was great, with a view of the Ocean The bathroom was too small Tesla owners - There is only 1 Tesla charger, but it is free of charge for guests

This hotel was old and nasty. Carpet was disgusting, bathroom tub did not drain properly, 1 bed was broke, very humid damp room. Adjoining door to other room did not look secure. Wore shoes always in room because when first taking shower black dirt from carpet came off feet. Toilet is low to floor, old and was not secure to floor. Was not worth the $. Still no beach access many months after storms. Did not sleep under covers used our own. And did not go to breakfast. DO NOT Recommend.

The photos online look nothing like what this place really is. It is very old and rundown. We couldn't even walk out onto the beach because there was a fence all around the property. The door to our balcony wouldn't even open and close properly. The price we paid for what this place was supposed to be was way too high.

What you can see on the pictures online is a lie. The resort is dirty and full with roaches. Me and my family got there late night around 11pm and could not stay because of the roaches everywhere in the room. We left and had to find a new accommodation. I do not recommend this place to anyone to stay.

This hotel had a nice view and good for the price, we had a issue with the door our key wouldn’t work had to keep walking to the desk for help getting in our room the entire stay. Needs some renovations definitely but still felt decently clean for a one night stay. Also walls kinda thin our neighbor had the tv blasting very loud all night. Besides this the view made up for it

Property isn’t in the best condition, but for our stay it was nice for what we needed (pretty much just a place to sleep). Staff were friendly, and the stay was decent despite some construction going on from hurricane damage.

This hotel is still undergoing construction from the devastating hurricanes. ***No beach access from the property, you have to walk down the street past two hotels to get on the beach. Breakfast is cereal, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and fruit.

Our stay was fine, just one night. We had a nice view of the water but there was construction going on, as they were rebuilding the seawall, so a lot of noise. The pool was closed because of the past couple of hurricanes. Older building, clean enough, we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling because of a drain back up on the floor above us and we were not offered a discount for the inconvenience. We advised maintenance and they were unable to fix anything at 9:00 at night, not a big deal but some kind of acknowledgement would have been nice since the room was not cheap. Breakfast options were decent and Virginia was lovely to talk to!
