Rooms very clean, when you need assistance they don’t take long to send someone to help you to solve the problem.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the service is generally good, with professional and pleasant staff. The hotel is showing its age and definitely needs an upgrade, but it does the job. Status wasn't recognized.

The toilet was plugged. I paid for three people but there were only bath towels for two. And at the buffet they were out of jalea ( that’s so basic).

I don’t recommend this property, the place is dirty the carpets smell and the place needs to be revamped . We found chicken bones under our bed. They don’t clean properly nor keep the building up. We had to leave a day earlier of which I’m still waiting on my refund for

Nice hotel in Managua. Good restaurants near by. Most tourist attractions at short driving distance. Amicable and professional staff.

The staff was nice and helpfull. The food was ok. I asked for a suite because it was for my husband, my 12 yr old daughter and me. The idea for getting the suite, which says it sleeps 3 was for my daughter to sleep in the living room couch. Turns out the couch was not a sofa bed, pullaway or even comfortable to sleep in. It was one of those Luis XV kinda sofa. The shower door did not protect the water from coming out to the floor, so when you finished bathing there was a puddle right outside the shower. The room rug and sink weren't as clean as I would prefer. The a\c was pointed direct to the right side of the bed, we had to move the vents so it didn't hit you straight in the face.
