Great spot. Rooms were clean and staff were accommodating.

el hotel está ubicado en una zona “céntrica” pero es peligroso caminar a los alrededores de noche. El área se ve algo descuidada y los cuartos ocupan algo de mantenimiento.

Our room AC didn’t get the room cold only to 25 degrees C. The shower will spray and wet the near by area. Toilet was always leaking clean water into the bowl.

Great place to stay!!

The stay was great. The pool was under repair for half the stay. The food was delicious and decor for one meal where we ordered room service. The chicken was undercooked and the chicken soup was too salty. The staff was amazing!

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the service is generally good, with professional and pleasant staff. The hotel is showing its age and definitely needs an upgrade, but it does the job. Status wasn't recognized.

The toilet was plugged. I paid for three people but there were only bath towels for two. And at the buffet they were out of jalea ( that’s so basic).

I don’t recommend this property, the place is dirty the carpets smell and the place needs to be revamped . We found chicken bones under our bed. They don’t clean properly nor keep the building up. We had to leave a day earlier of which I’m still waiting on my refund for
