The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The building needs some TLC, it didn’t bother me all that much, but it might bother others. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. We stayed there for a week and became a member of the community.

Great stay. Just what we were looking for.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful with all our questions about getting around the city. Our room was very clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel. It is very convenient in getting to the Metro, local buses and many restaurants in the area.

Excellent property in the heart of Barcelona. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, great selections and excellent quality. Room was clean and in great shape. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The only downside was the lack of parking, we had to utilize a public garage a couple of blocks away at 28 euro per day.

This is NOT a Four Star hotel. House keeping service was acceptable. Limited breakfast options- no boiled eggs. Not the best neighborhood for tourists. I rate this hotel as a 3 star.

Clean room/ great customer service / easy to get around in

Not fancy but staff is super nice and helpful. Service at front desk is excellent. The neighborhood is not high end but safe to walk at night. Family friendly area. Lots of families walking in evening together. Great restaurants in easy short walking distance try La Jabata next door-make reservation. Room small but very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in dining room. I will stay here again.

Optional breakfast was very nice, although nothing hot. Cold cuts, fresh fruit, fresh breads, fresh pastries, two cappuccino machines. Rooms were clean, quiet and a reasonable size for Europe. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location in between La Rambla and Montjuic. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff - kudos for that! The hotel does need an urgent facelift and modernisation. The room was spacious but really simple and it could be cleaner. The bathroom was surprisingly big but also needs modernising. The balcony was a very nice surprise
