The hotel is fairly dated. The room was a good size, but the hot water didnt work in the shower and the bath mat was just a flimsy bit of paper. Was ok for what we needed, but could do with a refurbish

First if all I would like to say I don’t usually review but felt it necessary in this instance. The room we had was OK but very noisy as you can hear every creak when you or somebody above is walking across the floor or past the room in the corridor outside. Cleaning was very poor as after cleaner had been, the beds hadn’t been made and the floors hadn’t been cleaned as bits were still there from before they started. The evening meal was a joke as you had to go to the bar and order and there was no table service. I had to carry a bottle of wine in a cooler and two glasses back to our table which was quite a walk from the bar. The bar service was even worse as big queues each time you went to get served and the garden bar at the front didn’t even have a server on one time I went and I had to go inside to get a drink and carry them down the stairs myself. The food was OK but nothing brilliant. Breakfast room was well run and food was hot and plentiful, but sometimes had dried out under the heat lights but overall it was good. Staff were pleasant but not over friendly only the ones on reception were friendly and helpful when they actually had anyone on reception which often they didn’t. Parking was fine as we got a parking space when we arrived and as we didn’t use the car again until we left. Needless to say we won’t be stopping here again.

A tad shabby in places but clean. Service was somewhat slow but eventually our requests were met. Walls very thin.

Not good for people who struggle with stairs, steep steps to get in the building, then more stairs to get to reception. We then went up 3 lots of steps along several corridors then down a steep set of stairs which at night were unlit with dark carpet

Great location for the family, right on the front and close to all amenities. Hotel facilities are plentiful, but need updating. The room we had was at the back of the hotel, and due to the warm weather, our windows needed to be open, which was unfortunate as the kitchen fan was directly outside and ran constantly from around 6 am until quite late. We had a leak from the room above into our bathroom while we stayed, but this was dealt with quickly for us and the room was very comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was provided, and this too was very good. The staff are friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel is really nice the staff are amazing especially Maddie who was in the restaurant at breakfast! The pool is really nice. The hotel itself has some amazing areas like the reception bar outside area and restaurant! Some of the areas are outdated and could do with an update. Over all I would sta again as we had a lovely time

Great hotel in a good spot, rooms ok but very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend and definitely will return.

Convenient for our stay, parking available & pool was ok along with sauna but facilities limited. We found the gym but you need to put money in the meter for the lights to use. Breakfast good.

Great location, friendly staff and pleasant bar and restaurant areas. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The gym and pool are OK but need some updating.

Staff member extremely rude!! Hotel was filthy dirty and very out dated. Wouldn't even give it 1 star horrendous. Left a day early hated everything about it

Hoteis OK but don't really feel value for money decor of some parts. Paid extra for a better room but could not tell

Very slow waited 15-20 mins before being served at the bar and order food.

Perfect location and staff were super helpful

I am a single lady traveller and the single room was lovely . I felt very safe and comfortable and would defiantly stay here again .
