I had checked into this hotel on such a short notice because my car was towed and this was the closest hotel there was mind you I don’t speak any lick of the Czech language. Anezka wasnat the rest and at first she had denied when I asked if there was any available rooms. Until I had to book through Expedia and Tell her my story was when she was able to check for availability in the rooms c Could’ve gave this property a more better rating but the customer service could have been a lot better. Only one lady that works there speaks sufficient English. But due to not being able to accomadate to a request for a refund. I would’ve appreciated if they had messaged me that due to their hotel policy they are not able to issue me a refund for the one night I did not use and instead they blamed Expedia for that when in fact Expedia was trying to help and come to an agreement with the property although the person In charge did not speak very well English. I feel as though this property is only good for its locals and not tourist if problems were to arise.

A very convenient retro hotel. Rooms are all right and with a/c. Restaurant area is super retro and the breakfast appearance is quite poor, feels like 90’s. But its close to the Highway and shopping. I would stay again.

Nice balcony. Near restaurants. Hotel Restaurant excellent food and staff. Breakfast was the best I've had from staying at 8 different hotels throughout Europe. Very happy to have a refrigerator. Elevator very helpful.

Nice quiet location but still just a short commute to downtown Pilzen. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, serving typical European breakfast of bread and cold cuts but additionally had more american options as well; bacon, eggs, cereal; which is not common at European hotels. Booked a jr suite as we had our two children with us and we were all pleasantly suprised that they actually put our kids up on separate room so we had our privacy but the rooms were next to each other and connected by an inner door so we were still close. Great hotel, we would stay again

The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful, breakfast was good. My only recommendation is to have check out time at least at 11am instead of 10am

Unfortunately by the time I was ready for dinner at hotels restaurant I was told that the restraunt was closed (although it was open, the time was around 20:40 and I guess it was allocated for a private function / dinner for a large group), not very helpful as there is not much choice in the hotels vicinity. I was recommended to go to hotel s bar instead. I had similar situations in the past where I checked in at a late hour and the restraunt was really closed but in some real good hotels they always arrange something for the visitor to eat.

Convenient one-night stay. Good location close to highway with private parking. Good choice for breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful, no problem with late check-in.

Wasnt very great. They gave me a dirty room with hair in the bathtub and sink, bedding was not changed e.t.c Seemed like a room someone just checked out of. I spoke to them and they gladly changed my room. The new room was clean. They have an insect problem, little things crawling in the corners especially in the bathroom. Also insects that were attracted to light were in the room, i had to leave a light on so the could move to a different area in the room and not hover over me. Overall, not a good experience but not the worst. I might use them again. DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star hotel!!!

Part of our disappointment was due to our confusion. We did not realize it was located 4km. out of charming old town Pilsen. Desk clerk was negligent in conveying messages to us The bathroom was frighteningly dangerous - in order to shower it was necessary to step into a very deep tub with no grab bar and a slick bottom with no non-skid surface.

Stayed for one night, room was very warm and air con not working properly. Only pumped out warm air

Hotel was excellent, clean and very modern; comfortable and the staff very helpful even if not really able to speak English or any other languages apart from Czech

Very nice evening, very accommodating, wifi is only available some areas at my age I prefer in the room. Would recommend for someone wanting accommodations near the highway seems to cater to large groups but equally as welcoming to us as a couple. Convenient to highway and brewery not walking distance to the square.Unfortunately had room overlooking highway would of preferred the back overlooking the hills but noise was not an issue and rate was good. No complaints breakfast was good room was comfortable.
