The room was what I would rate fine but we had a single sofa bed that squeaked terribly. Most importantly, the AC was not adequate and when I requested the room be cooler the staff apologized but said nothing could be altered with pre settings , so sleeping was uncomfortable and hot- because of this I would not use this hotel again.

Check in was a breeze. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is huge. They don’t have an iron in the room but I called the front desk and had it in a few minutes.

Corrected: They should be free parking and free breakfast. Look at.

The room was great. The location is not good if you are planning to visit Madrid centro.
