It was more than we expected!!! Love it

The pool security is very rude and disrespectful to us

The property is nice and the staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Over all very positive experience, the food was in my opinion okay.

The food was sold to us on the 6th. They told us it was lobsters, and I had to pay $4,070 for 4 people. I complained because we only received small langoustines, and I paid for 4. I only received 2. The pool was very dirty, and only 2 restaurants were open. We had to wait in line to have lunch. There was very little staff and very poor service. We traveled as 17 people to your hotel, and it was not what we expected.

They need to work on their costumer service .

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. While the facility is definitely older and showing its age in many areas, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food options were a bit limited compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in different parts of Mexico, but overall, it was a decent experience.

Wonderful resort, good food, helpful and friendly staff, excellent pool facilities and family friendly entertainment. Only down side was the rough water at the beach.

This is a hidden gem, between mountains & the Pacific Ocean! Services were impeccable!! Plenty of food & variety!

Felt safe at property, close to el centro.

Playas hermosas ,la comida no está mal pero no excelente lo que menos me gusto fue la habitación camas incómodas las cobijas muy usadas así como también las toallas y el baño en malas condiciones no volvería a reservar.

La comida no está muy buena y en el área de la alberca no sirven comida . En el Spa una de las recepcionistas se puso a contestarle de muy mal modo a mi hija porq nos dieron mal el costo y ahí le dijeron que era más caro y diciéndole que ella estaba equivocada . En el buffet en pastas también Gabriela andaba de mal genio y quería servir lo que ella quería y no lo que le pedía mi hija . Solo me gustó el hotel , la playa porque está muy tranquilo .No volvería

Wonderful stay with all amenities for me and my adult kids and grandchildren! Rooms very comfortable and clean with good dining options. Something for everyone at buffet’s and the beach is beyond expectations! Pools are comfortable and clean and lots of chairs by pool and beach.

Nice resort to relax or have fun, i love the beach and swimming pools. Restaurants for dining need to improve, food is not that good considering that are specialty dining. Buffet was better.
