Great property and great staff. Very responsive. Though my request for a room on a higher floor was not granted my room was the first room behind the reception area, so was noisy. Also, I was not given the complementary wine as an Expedia platinum member. The hotel was a short walk to the bus line so extremely convenient to the old town of Dubrovnik. Room was clean and spacious and provided hot kettle and coffee in the room.

The hotel is amazing! The location is breathtaking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You will enjoy the views from the balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The ocean view is definitely worth the up pay. Rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable but you can't beat the views at this place. Amazing!

Get a room with a view of the Adriatic and some islands. You won't regret it. Use the gym and spa and walk the promenade.

You cannot beat a room with a view onto the Adriatic. The breakfast is ample and delicious. The facility has a gym and spa and we took advantage of both.

Better then expected. Photographs online do not serve it well. Lot's of space to be round pool or in bar. Room was fabulous. Staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was fresh and delicious

It's like a resort. Cliff jumping, pools, bars, beaches. Walking distance to town and Ubers everywhere.

It’s got beautiful views, and offers a great breakfast. And has access to a waterfront pedestrian path, and many restaurants.

It was a really nice property, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, with the benefit of being able to use the facilities of the other hotels in the chain.

Could not have been more satisfied with Royal Neptune, Staff was courteous and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, the view was spectacular, restaurants were easily accessible and food was delicious, transport was quickly available, Spa, Gym, 7 swimming pools, we had no disappointments.

Very nice property and we enjoyed our stay! Front desk staff wasn’t really friendly except for the bellmen. Breakfast buffet staff was nice though!

We loved our stay at Royal Neptun. The bed was big and our balcony view was out of this world. The complimentary breakfast and private beach also added greatly to our experience. A few minor nitpicks include that the shower pressure was poor and it was hard to get the right temperature. Additionally, the mini fridge was stocked so full that when we opened it, several glass beer bottles fell out and shattered all over the floor. Maintenance took a while to come, and when they were done cleaning, there was still beer and a few shards of glass remaining. Aside from these things, we would definitely consider staying here again.
