Well maintained, clean and staff friendly

We visited Valentin star Menorca 5th time. Very good experience again. Food exelent, staff very friendly. The man who did omlet every day to me is a master. Entertaiment teem exelent. Lidia and Antony- thank you for your commitment to make our holidays great again. Hopefully see you next year. Palgan's Family Zibi, Grace, Marcel.

Every member of staff made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all had a smile. It's the little touches that make this hotel special - music playing in the bathroom, a fruit plate and bottle of water on arrival, a pillow menu, free snacks and cava handed out around the pool everyday. The food was excellent and the location perfect.

Great return visit to Valentin Star Hotel. Lovely hotel with great staff. We had a pool view room which I would recommend. Breakfast was very good, we didn't have dinner preferring to try restaurants around the Marina. Really enjoyable week.

We stayed in room 238 ,it was a room with a pool view and balcony ,the only problem was the balcony was only 2ft wide so not enough space to relax on. Most rooms had good sized balconies apart from ours and 3 adjoining rooms because of restaurant canopy below. Everything else about the hotel was great ,clean and well maintained. We booked half board, the breakfast was really good and the evening meals were also both buffet style. You could eat outside at the restaurant but had to pay €5 for the privilege which we did on 1st night only not really worth it. Staff at hotel were very good, reception, restaurant, bar and cleaners are a credit to the hotel

I wasn’t expecting the room to be big but it’s very spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and polite especially at the restaurant. They are always smiling and give the best they can to satisfy the guests. The location is perfect- very close to the beach and the shopping square. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening- everyone is having fun dancing. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to everyone.

Love staying here, but the pool needs a good clean/refurb and the rooms are starting to look dated.

Decent breakfast buffet with plenty of options. All hotel personnel encountered were helpful and friendly. Self-parking lot is a pain to get to relative to the hotel. It was surprising and unexpected that I had to pay for use of the room safe.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are a huge plus for this hotel, but the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, and the telly was not straight on the wall 🤔😂, but did not effect our overall enjoyment at this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great holiday

Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again. Large comfortable room with balcony and bathroom. Large tv but unfortunately no English channels apart from BBC world and Sky news.We had a pool view but the outside rooms are the same. Food and choice was very good except it could have been hotter. Quite good entertainment every night on the outside of the hotel open to everyone. Staff friendly and helpful with pretty good English (certainly better than my Spanish). The pool area is large and plenty of loungers and beds with bar and lunch area. There is an excellent sun terrace overlooking the large (but cold) pool.

We try to come here every year. This is our 7th visit and definitely won't be our last. All the staff are fantastic and are a credit ti to the hotel.

The place to be in Menorca. Great fun, good fun and a wonderful location. Staff are very friendly and willing to help.
