Very good hotel and very good value for money.

It was just ok . The problem there is no communication in foreign languages . Very hard to communicate with the stuff .

Elite King Room was exceptional

The room, bathroom and wardrobe are both big, even equipped with steam room and some fruits. The bed is comfortable.

Hotel is lovely, but I ordered room service one night and was served some raw chicken wings! After being severely sick the following day I made a complaint. The management felt it sufficient to offer me a free £20 buffet! What a joke! to make matters worse on the last day of my stay while having dim sum for breakfast I discovered a raw dumpling! This time I was lucky enough to not eat it. Again I showed the staff, again I complained but they clearly didn't care!

The room was big and spacious. The bed was hard in the Elite king, when mentioned to the front desk, I was told all Elite King rooms were this way and needed to upgrade to get softer bed. This hotel has many restaurants but the food in all of them were average. Getting a taxi at the hotel is very expensive and the hotel overcharges for this service. The duty manager who says his name is Sooku that does not wear a name badge, not of Chinese descent and speaks clear English was very rude. If you have a problem don’t expect him to help you. Best stay at the Sheraton across the street.

Perfect location and also nice and clean room and people.

Over price. Transportation limited. Train station about 15 mins walk to hotel.

Really clean rooms and facilities. Amazing quality food services. We were very happy with our stay.

Love the room and the amenities. Also, the location is ok. There were a lot of stores to see nearby. If you want to go to the closest mall, it's around 15 to 20-minute walk.

I love the rooms. Booked a noble executive room. Very big and spacey. Limited English channels- but it’s fine because they had HBO movies.

AS FOR ME, JUN JIE, I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT H.J. INTL SINCE IT OPENED SOME 6-7 YEARS AGO WAS IT? REGARDLESS, I RECOMMEND THIS FINE CLASSY HOTEL TO ANYONE, FROM ANYWHERE! Have stayed at the HJ several times before for business and this time, after three years was exactly the same high quality.

Great facility but the food is not easy to swallow if you don't like Chinese food!

The reception girl is really bad and rude They can't find my booking 2 times already and had me waited 30 mins.
