Good Location & Clean Property.

A very nice villa, which was way more than we needed for a single overnight stay to visit Nantes, but served us really well. A strange location, a load of holiday villas in the middle of a business park by the main road into the city, but did make it easy to get to. Didn't have time to use the pool, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The deposit required on arrival is annoying, and the amount too high, especially as it's done on trust that they will return it - there's no joint inspection on check-out.

Lots of space - the apartment is quite big. The staff on reception are really friendly & it was no problem arriving after reception shut as they left our keys in a safe for us. The pool is a definite advantage!key or us.

It was good and conducive and family friendly.

Excellent 2 level overnight or long-term accommodation, with well-organized kitchen, cooking facility, fridge and microwave. Good internet, clean rooms, lovely living area, enough amenities, just toilet is downstairs, but manageable. Free onsite safe parking. Good value for money. Check in staff friendly.

The apartment itself was very comfortable, however, despite having 6 weeks notice that my flight arrived in Nantes at 9pm, I was sent a message on the afternoon of the first day of my stay (while I was at the airport waiting to get on the plane) saying that despite having received payment in full for the two night stay, they would not give me a key as they didn't have a copy of my credit card. The phone number for the hotel was not answered despite 20 calls. Hotels. Com did not help either despite speaking to an agent while boarding the plane. I was forced to drive around Nantes for 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodation, finally booking in to Novotel at 12.30 am at a cost of 125 euros On day two, I was finally allowed to book in to Zenitude, who gave no apology, no refund and didn't want a copy of my credit card. Don't bother booking these apartments

Only staying for one night but the appartment was clean, plenty of room for us (5). Kitchen well equipped. Pool looked nice but we didnt have time to use. We sidnt go into Nantes so cant comment on handiness in that respect but was easy to get to the hotel.

Great for a family stay. 2 night stop over in Nantes, heading for southern France. Roomy aparthotel. Bonus of swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen. We last stayed there about 10 years ago and was just as pleasant now as then.

As a base to get to Carrefour it is very convenient. It is outside of the city so you need a car or taxi. Great for a quiet stay and the wifi worked !

Good spot on the edge of Nantes. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, loads of storage space, even has a dishwasher in each apartment. Lovely swimming pool, not that big but perfect at the end of the day after exploring. Close to a large Carrefour and Le Clerc. 10 mins to the main tramline where you can park your car for about 80c an hour. Then hop on the tram into Nantes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and it’s great for families. Oh and secure locked parking after 8pm.0

it was perfect for what we wanted.The layout was good, breakfast was good and kept us going till we got on our ferry.The location of this site is perfect for our journey to and from Spain.

The apartment was big. The furniture and kitchen equipment is very basic, but we had all we needed. The pool is a great bonus on warm days. The staff is very nice. The location is convenient when you travel out of Nantes, close to the highway. . And if you want to get into Nantes, you can drive for less than 10 minutes, park for free and take the tram.

This is basically a simple complex of self catering apartments with a hotel reception area, a breakfast option and a pool. While the reality is not quite as glamorous as the photos I would still recommend highly as it has all the conveniences in the apartments to suit travellers’ needs. It’s an ideal stop-off for people visiting Nantes (go to the Jardin Des Plantes) or travelling further south or north. Staff are friendly and helpful, the price is extremely good value and we would definitely use again if in the area.

Stop over on the way to spain, good room, kitchen and parking!

Ample parking and kids friendly swimming pool. Missing air condition or fan on warm/hot day. Extremely poor sign posting from the main road.

So the location is not great - within a big industrial estate - but that said there is a buffalo grill and pizza place walking distance. Not a place to base yourself for a holiday, but fantastic for a one or two night stopover if travelling through France. Loads of space and comfort for a family, 3 double beds with kitchen and dining area. It’s clean and there’s loads of gated parking, and for a pretty reasonable price.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. But if you arrived after 9 pm, it is important to call the hotel as reception is closed after 9 pm. We had a bit of adventure to get the key as we arrived after 9 pm. You need a car to this place and there are no places to eat close-by, if you want a dinner.
