Property undergoing renovation, which it needs

Great Spot for Mansfield. In the soul of the area and great staff. Quiet sleep and close to a nice Wal-mart.

The hotel was under renovation and so there were some maintenance issues. The Staff was accommodating and gave us another room due to a running toilet. The new rooms sink drain was backup and so I’m sure once the renovations are complete, these issues will be addressed. Overall it was a nice stay!

Pretty average. Comfortable bed.

Hotel is clearly being renovated but there was no interruption in our stay. Room was clean, breakfast was amazing and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The night desk person Devin is very warm, welcoming, friendly, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. He deserves a raise and definitely a well deserved mention.

Only negative is that the pool was closed due to renovations.

We checked in late at night and front desk staff was very friendly, helpful.

Front desk clerk was very polite and thoughtful taking the time to ensure that our stay was the most hospitable. Breakfast staff was very helpful and considerate of making sure I was given a tray to take my meals up to my room for myself and child. Overall, a very pleasant and friendly staff.

Would never stay in this hotel or recommend it to anyone . Staff was not helpful when we asked them to change the room because it was very outdated. We had to call Expedia to try to speak with hotel and even offer to pay extra but hotel still refused stating that they have strict policy. We travel a lot and never had such a problem ! We were very disappointed and had to check out a day earlier to move to another hotel !

Great location near I-71

This place is convenient to food and family. Just what we are looking for when we are in the area.

Bring back the Keurig coffee machine

The hotel was in good, clean condition and front desk staff were welcoming. The only issue was that the body gel and conditioner containers were empty. A difficult situation if you are already in the shower.
