I want to share my experience to help other travelers make informed decisions. On Expedia’s website, the hotel advertises beach umbrellas, in-room minibars, and an “all-inclusive” plan with access to two restaurants plus the buffet. However, this is misleading:
Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included – you have to pay extra.
The “minibar” is just an empty fridge – it doesn’t contain anything.
The all-inclusive plan only covers the buffet. The other two restaurants require additional payment.
So in reality, this hotel is not truly all-inclusive. I find this very misleading and disappointing.
On a positive note, I want to highlight that the staff was excellent – very kind and attentive throughout our stay.
