The Continental Hotel overlooks a busy pedestrian plaza adjacent to the old town of Reims. It is convenient to the cathedral with numerous dining options and easy parking. It is noisy in the evening. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was agreeable and spoke English well.

Wonderful hotel, staff, and location. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Reims.

Excellent central location, great rooms and service. Highly recommend if you wanna be in the center of Reims

The Continental could be a very good hotel except for a few things. The good: staff is accommodating and the bar is great. It’s very clean and the bed is really comfortable. The bad: 1. all the floors are uneven with out of the ordinary high thresholds going into the rooms. This is challenging with heavy luggage. Trip hazards in many places. 2. The water in the showers would never get really hot. 3. The worst- this hotel was warmer inside than most places we stayed and our room would never cool off. I went down to talk to someone the 1st night and he laughed when he came back to our room and said “that’s cold”…..Well we would sweat at different times during the night during our stay. Needless to say, I don’t believe we would return if we visited Reims again.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful hotel. The breakfast was definitely the next level compared to most Paris/French hotels I've stayed in. And they have filtered water, cold, room temp, or sparkling, as well as loaner stainless steel water bottles for guests. I'm so happy to see a hotel finally putting in an effort to cut down on single use plastics as opposed to trying to save the environment by not washing your towel each day. (which of course is also helpful, but the world is choking in plastic!) And on the towel washing note, LOVE their idea of a free cocktail if you pass on having your room serviced each day.

Excellent hotel, all aspects were top drawer. The property, staff, restaurant and rooms were great. Highly recommended.

Convenient location;walkable area

The hotel is perfectly located with parking just next to it. Close to many sights and restaurants. The room we had seemed to be in an annex as we had to go outside and across a courtyard. The room had no heat and was freezing. The staff brought a space heater that wouldn’t work when we turned off the lights. The windows of the room also faced the area where the staff took the kitchen waste and it was noisy. The staff were very attentive, but the hotel conditions were less than ideal.

This was our 4th time in Reims and this was easily our favorite hotel (and the others were perfectly fine). The location was exceptional, service was excellent, and the value is absolutely unmatched. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Back Again at Hotel Continental, this hotel offers exceptional accommodation for both short and long stays. It upholds the high standards you would expect from the Continental brand. The rooms and beds were exceptionally comfortable, We did encounter any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Continental to any traveller it is exceptional.
