La experiencia no fue buena debido a que me asignaron una habitación en un piso donde estaban remodelando varias habitaciones, en la noche había un olor muy fuerte de algún químico, pintura o pegamento que era imposible estar en la habitación, me cambiaron de habitación pero considero que es muy peligroso este tipo de situaciones donde ponen en riesgo la salud de uno

Very nice hotel in a super convenient and fun area! Highly professional staff and my room was lovely.

When we arrived at hotel room, the bed had ants. The hotel location was the best.

This hotel has clean and nice rooms and it’s located in a good area. I appreciated having plenty of hot water and strong water pressure from the shower every day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative was that my room was on floor 1 and I heard a lot of street noise in the morning, but that is not the hotel’s fault as cdmx is a busy and loud city.

Room for was well appointed with drawers and hanging space. Also surfaces to allow you to spread out. Bed’s were made every day as well as clean towels supplied. Basic but comfortable.

Great location; the staff allowed us to check in before 3 pm which was great . The only thing they could improve is the bathroom, the faucet and shower looks a little bit old . Other than that, our experience was great.

The hotel is very conveniently located and safe - it was just around the block from the artisan market, tacqueria orinoco and a couple nice breakfast spots which I walked to daily. It was also close to a club I went to when Yellowclaw played. It is also close to the Angel of Independence so the transportation for the hot air balloon tour was able to pick me up. The staff is very polite and I want to mention Isaac who helped me with my bags when I first got there. I would say that the walls are very thin and you can hear even when the water is running in the other room lol but it didn’t bother me much. My room was by the street side and it can get loud at night so if this bothers you, probably request a room on the quieter side. Overall I would stay here again!

The cleaning lady was always very kind, and it’s a very clean hotel. This hotel has a great location. You have many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

La limitante de estacionamiento me parece un problema.

Tv wasn’t turning off, and bathroom sink faucet was leaking all the time.

Clean room, nice location

This hotel was relatively cheap, however, there were stains all over the bed and carpet. The hotel did everything it could in offering the necessities however.

Great location, wonderful bed and bedding but there was no coffee in room and it's nearly impossible to get good coffee anywhere in the neighborhood before 7 a.m. or late at night. Maybe even a self serve coffee machine in the lobby? I admit to being a coffee addict but this alone will keep me from returning to this hotel.

Clean pleasant room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. I only ate there once but it was late the food was good and the service excellent. There is a store and a pharmacy practically next door and a great cafe around the corner. (Miga Cafe). It quickly felt like my home away from home. Highly recommend it. Dont expect fluent English. Learn some Spanish. You will be glad you did.
