Great stay in a great location

The location was super, near the park, near the main Railway Station. The reception was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfasts were good, diverse, with sausages and juice. Very satisfied. The room was a bit small, but this is reasonable for that location. In the rainy days, umbrellas were available for free. Super Great stay.

It’s a good place to stay in Kraków close to the main square

Excellent breakfast! We couldn’t find any bottle opener, and the toilet seat wasn’t steady. The beds were good. On the whole a nice stay!

Good location with trams, eating places not far from square and about 30 mins walk to Wavel Castle but we used tram and Bolt taxi very cheap. Buffet breakfast good for buffet had couple of hot options. Staff excellent.

Peaceful stay - comfy beds and good breakfast. Location of hotel to old Town and main square was perfect for us. Would stay here again if visiting Krakow

Wir haben schon vor einigen Jahren in diesem Hotel genächtigt, leider ist man nicht mit der Zeit gegangen. Schade, weil die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.

This hotel is in a great location. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They even upgraded our room for my partner (now Fiance's) birthday. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommended this hotel and we will definately be back

I have stayed at this place 4/5 times now it great a few minutes walk from the main square tram stops out side 10 minutes from the shopping center and train station. Room are clean staff are friendly and helpful i don’t normally eat the breakfast but it always looks good.

All was very good but iwas missing a desk were I could use my computer. The breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable and near to the main part of the Old Town

Expedia really saved the day helping to find a good option and book the Hotel. The location of hotel is great, very close to a central part of Krakow, staff is super helpful, very polite. Breakfast is one of the favourite part. Absolutely love it.

Hotel novo, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, cama muito baixa parecia que não tinha pés, o estacionamento na rua enfrente o hotel das 20 às 10 da manhã é grátis durante o dia tem que pagar.

The hotel was clean modern & comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day. We heard no noise from other rooms (we visited Mon-Fri). Breakfast buffet was served 7-10 & had a wide selection of items available. There are tea/coffee making facilities in each room & a water carafe, there is a drinking water point in the hallway. Only English TV channel available was Euronews, We arrived before 11am and were able to store our luggage securely and walk (5-7 minutes) onto the main square. On checking again we were able to leave luggage & make the most of our last day in Krakow.

Friendly staff and very convenient for all areas.
