The hotel not very well maintained

L’hôtel est agréable et calme. Certains membres du personnels ne. Les services proposés sont intéressants mais un peu cher (par exemple le café).

Rude staff in all areas, terrible service, problems every single day. Disgusting rooms, disregarded when making a complaint. Rooms are never cleaned. All Inclusive is not all inclusive. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a waste of money. Spoilt my whole holiday.!

The hotel has a fantastic location with direct access to a beautiful beach, and the swimming pool area is great for relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and respectful, which made the stay pleasant. However, the hotel could benefit from some renovations to freshen up the facilities. Unfortunately, some guests were not very respectful, which affected the atmosphere at times. Overall, a good experience thanks to the team and the location, but with room for improvement.

This stop was one of many for my honey moon trip. The overall experience was amazing. Not because it's as luxurious as the Four Seasons (it's not) but because the staff was able to quickly adapt to challenges and come up with a quick solution. Keep in mind that if you act like a self entitled ********** dont expect the staff to try their best with a smile. You need to treat them like human beings such as you. Don't think that because your European or Asian or any ethnicity that you are more cultivated and know better. Overall the facilities were nice. The beach was nice and the huge outdoor pool as well. Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet was amazing, great selection of sweet and salty but if you show up 20 minutes before the end don't expect to find all the great selection althought there is still a lot of amazing stuff towards the end too. The downside is the food for lunch and dinner for the restaurants. They have Asian, Italian and local food but it's quite average. I didnt even bother trying Italian or Asian food. On a positive note the Turquoise restaurant near the pool has some good things until 5pm (the pizza is so-so). The cocktails could have a little more alcohol in them, I found them a little weak in that regard (the pink lady is pretty good and refreshing). Overall it was a great relaxing experience. The staff is fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk lady bosses Malika and Fathima who know how to take care of everything.

The stuff are bad, they dont welcome tunisian guest as they welcome the tourists ! We are tunisian and we live in usa . Its not the same respect and value they give to tourist. We heard One of the stuff saying bad words about us at the SPA area. Everything else is great clean and quit. I would give 1 stars just because of the stuff.

Everything was great. The bar just off the lobby makes a proper double. The beach bar makes a skimpy double. Food was great. Staff was great.

Very nice resort overall, perfect location and beach. Expensive for Tunisia (meals, drinks). Great beds and rooms. Female staff (guest relations) very friendly. Male staff quite unpleasant (they seem to be disturbed when you ask something, mainly barmen and receptionists, limit rude) Perfect staff at the pool and at the beach. Expensive car transfer from/to airport, prefer taxis. Very nice stay overall, but could have been perfect with a smile from grumpy barmen and some waiters.

Relaxing Stay with an Exceptional Spa Experience I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the hotel, with the standout highlight being the incredible spa. If you're visiting, don’t miss out on booking a massage — it was one of the best I’ve had. The indoor pool is heated, which made for an amazing, relaxing experience, and the steam room was hands-down the highlight of my stay. The entire spa area felt like a true escape and added immense value to the trip. The hotel grounds are lush and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful walkway lined with green trees leading to the rooms. The rooms themselves were impressively spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of comfort. The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic — clean, inviting, and perfect for lounging. On the downside, the property feels somewhat dated, especially in comparison to more modern 4-star options like the Iberostar, which offered a fresher, higher-quality breakfast with better variety. Breakfast here could definitely use improvement. Additionally, people smoking in the main lobby was off-putting and took away from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. All in all, the hotel has a lot going for it, especially the spa, and with a few updates, it could be truly outstanding.

De 3 heures à 5 heures du matin dans le patio, impossible de dormir avec la résonance du chant des oiseaux ! Les jacuzzis avaient une très mauvaise odeur et mal entretenue ! Impossible d’en profiter ! Hormis Aqua gym et jeux de fléchettes aucune autre animation gratuite À la réservation, pas possible de choisir une demi pension ou pension complète ! Normale il y a 3 restaurants à disposition ou un buffet ! Buffet à 30€ par personne qui est très très cher pour la prestation ! Resto italien peut être excellent en fonction qui est le cuisinier ! Personnel très sympa et aux petits soins avec les clients Côté spa thalasso les prix sont les mêmes qu’en France ! Prévoyez un bon budget Séjour trop cher pour 4 personnes sur 5 jours soit 1100€ avec une vue sur les travaux et coup de disqueuse vers 23 h Pour finir très dommage qu’il n’y a personne pour enlever de cadavre de tortues sur la place à cause de la pêche

Hôtel bellissimo self service restaurant molto buona colazione e cena per altro molto assortita ed ogni giorno cose diverse personale gentilissimo Noi abbiamo preso la standard room bella e confortevole ma il bagno è vecchio e non pulitissimo se si prende la premium hai il bagno rinnovato valutare la differenza di prezzo comunque ottima location
