Had 3 rooms in less than 12hours, dirty bathroom no emanities and had a flood.

Property was nice , although it was understaffed and for a 5 day stay they only cleaned our room once.

This property was very convenient and close to all other properties and stores . Samuel was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our trip even better! Vivo beach access was great as well and Samuel was quick and reliable with bringing us to and from this beach club access . Great time full sun and fun .

Property was under construction and it was loud everywhere. You could not enjoy. Also misleading, pictures on site are from Vivo Beach Club, not the hotel. Although I was given a room with a pool view, the entrance of the room was in front of loading dock so it was unattractive and I could hear trucks unloading at 5am. Rooms didn’t have an iron. FD agent told me they were limited in amount of iron and couldn’t give me one. I guess bc of construction floors were continuously wet with no sign of caution. It was all just caotic

It was great. We got a free upgrade, restaurant onsite. Nice big clean pool. I wish the room had kitchenette.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Overall it was a good stay. It’s convenient and 3 minute walkable distance to the beach was the cherry on top. It is also located near many food and convenience store places. Unfortunately, our room was only cleaned once throughout our whole stay. Also, you only get really thin sheets as a comforter and if you are always cold like me, you will need an additional blanket. I had to purchase my own at a near Walgreens because even though I would turn off the air conditioner, the room remained very cold. They remain under construction as I saw in other review comments. Also, I did not try out their shuttle to the pool club but that is something they provide. Their pool is also nice.

Check in was good for my party but not so much for another party I was staying with but thats another review. The rooms need serious updating, the rooms smell of mold, the bathrooms are rusty. The bed comfort was good, the blankets provided are old and sketchy looking. The 'balcony' room I waa given was not covered like the other ones, so when it rained I had to be careful to not slip while getting wet clothes being hunged to dry. The food was good, they charged me for large coffees and gave small ones twice instead. The pool was good, it seemed clwan till we saw locals rinsing out their clothes in instead of using bathroom. Some of the front desk staff need to learn how to handle customer complaints. It was ok stay for price and location.

Property was very nice but wasn’t that impressed with the room. There was only one blanket in the room when it was a two bedroom room. Not many accessible outlets. Bathroom very tight and outdated. Not a lot of lighting in the room also. Was impressed with the surroundings areas of the hotel including the pool and gym. Also happy to learn that our parking was validated. Check in was easy and quick.

This property is currently under construction. So more than half of the property is dated. The employees would literally pick up the phone and hang it up in front of customers. Due to the amount of complaints they were dealing with. During my stay I was transferred into two rooms because we lost power in half of the room due to wires burning. Due to the island outage all hotels were sold out during my stay so I was forced to continue to stay at this hotel. The 3rd floor has been sealed due to roaches and pest in property. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and what I received in return was frustration during what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I contacted expedia to explain I couldn't secure a hotel somewhere else so I was stuck staying at this hotel. This was the worst experience I ever had.
