Good hotel but a bit too many mosquitoes

This is one of the first resorts in Phu Quoc, so it is indeed a trace of time. Perhaps the resort is also in the process of being renovated/upgraded, so one of the rooms I received was ok, the other room was a bit worse. In my opinion, the resort should be completely renovated, it will be more attractive to guests. The location of the resort is too good and the rooms are arranged with a view, so it is a great advantage.

The food is delicious and satisfying, the space is quiet, clean and comfortable. I will stay next time if I have the opportunity to return to PQ.

Claiming this is a 4 star hotel is complete false advertising. This might have been a 4 star hotel 30 years ago, now it is just old, run down, and desperately in need of renovations. The views of the ocean are beautiful from the rooms, but when you walk down to the beach, you will find a beach littered with trash, 30 year old concrete steps used to prevent shore erosion and a beach line absolutely horrible for swimming or playing. You will have to walk down the beach to an area in front of another hotel if you really want to enjoy the beach. This hotel, which is ok if you call it a 1 star resort, actually has a nice breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet has many different choices each morning, and freshly made eggs to order are available every day. The kitchen does a fine job with it's 24 hour room service menu. All in all, we had a nice stay using the hotel as a jumping off location to explore the island in motorbike, but if you book here do not expect a 4 star resort. Expect a 1 star resort and you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a true 4 star resort, you probably need to go to Bali or Phuket.

The accommodation room is upgraded to a room class. Clean, spacious room with sea view. Very satisfied with the service here. Next time will choose here again.

Dirty hotel , white moldy wooden floors not worthy of 4 stars . The swimming pool is small and the water does not change , there is no reception , the hotel does not have an elevator for guests to carry their suitcases to the 3rd floor ! Our group has many children and they have a hard time carrying things upstairs. Wet and mossy corridors are dangerously slippery! I never choose this hotel for the second time !

The resort is located next to the sea. At sunset, there are coconut trees and grass, the scenery is very poetic. I booked the wrong day, the resort supported me very enthusiastically. The staff members are really cute. I think the resort will be suitable for those who like natural and cool scenery.

The hotel is a bit old, the breakfast is a bit limited, the staff is enthusiastic, the private beach is beautiful, the swimming pool is okay, the campus is green.
