No proper bedside tables or mob slots but breakfast made up for it which was 5*

Location is excellent, right next to the quay, overlooking the water. Lovely big room, good restaurant and bar. Car parking but also just a short walk from the station. We attended a concert in Lincoln Castle, a 10 minute walk from hotel.

Perfect location for the city centre. Great bars and restaurants nearby.

Great stay but the beds weren't comfortable. The staff were all brilliant.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were all lovely, the breakfast was great and our family room was spacious with lots of room to relax after a busy day. The location was quick and convenient for shopping, dining and sightseeing, with lots of restaurant options along the wharf while the room itself still being really quiet. Tesco’s Express one minute walk away for picnic supplies. Oh and a lovely view. We all had a great stay (if I had one quibble it would be their pillows. Like bricks).

What a fantastic time i had in Lincoln and the hotel was the best. Nice spacious clean room and all staff friendly and helpful thankyou. Everything walkable from hotel.Amazing fab time.Thankyou soooo much. Will be back .

Pleasant enough. Good location for the marina and a short walk to city centre. Could do with newer (non-sprung) mattresses and a re-vamp of the AC. But it still worked and was clean and suitable. Reception seemed polite and friendly. Expect to pay £10 for overnight use of the car park.

Only faults ,led light as u go in over wardrobe an mirror none worked an extractor to remove steam did not work

Nice place to stay. Though I didn't like the Idea of checking in at 3pm after paying by 1pm. Good service though

Ongoing query with stay after being overcharged, still unresolved after a week, hotels.com customer service is terrible. The holiday inn lincoln staff were all good. Hotel location was good. The only bad comment was having the worst night sleep, found pillows to be most uncomfortable.

My room was completely clean with no problems whatsoever. Any questions I had, the staff was happy to assist me and answer. The bed pillows were a bit too stiff for me, so some more variety of fluffiness would be great. The room, hotel itself and staff was very nice.
