Clean large room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. No AC and initially not enough fans. That was tough. The shower had no shelf and slow outflow, so easy to overflow. The sink had a non functioning stop. Great location.

Amazing helpful staff, 6-star breakfast, great central location. Air conditioning was amazing, especially since we visited during the heatwave! Would be happy to back there again if I visit Vienna again :)

Great staff and good location. However the AC in the room was cranky and made it super cold.

The Hotel Josefhof is in a great location for all the Vienna sights, close enough to be walkable, but far enough away as not to be noisy. Our room was very quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The staff members were very helpful. The bar and lounges are on the small side.

Luca and George were great for our heck in and check out. Very nice property walking distance to everything including museum quarters, dining, and central downtown. Lovely vibe.

The hotel was amazing and had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Its location was excellent, just a 14-minute walk from both the Rose Garden and the Hofburg. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Luca, Florian, and Annalena, who made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
