Water system was broken and was not notified ahead of time. Was in town for a surgery, so not having a functioning shower was a major issue - would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere had I known. Only gave me $25 off a 2 night stay with no functioning shower. Would never consider staying here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast fresh and tasty. I don't typically like hotel breakfasts because it's all packaged and tastes like cardboard. While they had your typical cereals and breads, breakfast the morning we were there included the less common fresh cut, strawberries, and fresh pico de gallo and a tray of prepared waffles. The fresh pineapple and honeydew was also delicious. Rooms are a little small, but they are clean and comfortable. So glad I chose this hotel.

Such a gem for a hotel in Los Gatos at this price point. Conveniently tucked away just off the freeway but without all of the noise and centrally located enough to anywhere you need to be in Los Gatos. Standard rooms are updated and incredibly spacious and the best part is they welcome your pets at a fair rate!

Wonderful experience during our stay.

Their breakfast is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff. The room was clean. The bed was nice a cozy, air conditioner worked great. The only two things I wasn't impressed with were the shower, which was a small cube and felt cramped. Also, the hotel is situated by an apartment complex, and one of the tenants was slamming his weights down, which was very loud. This was not the hotels fault though.

Front desk staff are amazing and kind. Breakfast services were also enjoyable.

Super friendly hosts and great breakfasts

It was a quiet, clean home base for my work trip, and very safe. Of course it's not a luxury hotel, but it had all I needed (well, except for a microwave oven in the room...). Would use it again.

The property is well kept and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great choices and the staff was very attentive.

Great location, wonderful king bed, nice towels. Dark red/black carpet off-putting.

Loved how quiet and how the pool was right in front of my room!

It was a nice place with a nice breakfast but parking is a bit tough. The shower was okay kept turning off and on for a while then it stayed on.

Nice, clean and convenient. Easy to find and free parking. Full hot breakfast. Would have given a 5 if the rooms were not stuffy and the walls pretty thin.

I slept well.
