Very nice room and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast. A very friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious. The location is great in the center of the city, many restaurants in the area and easy to walk around. The service is great. The breakfast is good. The condition of the facilities is generally good. There were some minor details (one of the lights didn’t work, the ventilation system in the bathroom was noisy), but it wasn’t a big deal.

Very comfortable beds, modern decor, good sound proof windows (it is very loud when windows are open) aircon. Great location.

So we went to check in, and we were not told that our room was flooded and there was no other King Suite available. We go up to the room to discover that it is a double room, whilst we had paid for a King Suite. The hotel apologised for their error and stated that no other room was available. As a token of their error, they offered a free shuttle to the aiport, which we could get for €15. We had paid a lot more for the room, so we asked for a bottle of wine, which we were promised, but this was not delivered. We are currently in a double room, despite paying for a King Suite, with a bed too small for us. Not happy with the service received so far and will be looking to get a refund for the poor service and for a room we did not receive! Will not be returning for sure.

Very nice hotel close to everything you need including public transportation hotel is very clean rooms are nice with good air conditioners breakfast is great and front desk are very helpful and speak English we travel with kids and we enjoy our stay

Very nice rooms, mine was facing the inside of the building and it was super quiet. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was nice. Definitely recommend it!

Good central hotel close to the Old Town and near bars and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet. We did feel the cleaning standard could be improved - on moving the bedside table to access plugs there was quite a lot of dust behind them, the shower drain was blocked which meant our bathroom got flooded on day two and we had to ask for basic items to be replenished a couple of times. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful though, particularly Bogdan. Similarly the breakfast room staff were lovely and helpful. We’d happily book again.

Great hotel, great location, staff friendly and helpful. The location is close to all the main areas, easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast isn’t the best and it’s cheap and easy enough to go out to find better breakfast.

Amazing little hotel in the heart of the action. Adrian on reception was welcoming. My room was spotless. Breakfast plentiful and set me up for the day. Would visit again.

Perfection fine

We moved to this hotel at very short notice due to an issue with our accommodation after arriving in Bucharest. The staff were very helpful and let us check in late. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and there was a nice breakfast. It is also in a good location near to the old town. Would stay here again!
