Very descent hotel with beautiful building, location, friendly staff and generous breakfast. I would stay here when I will have the chance to come back in Quebec. This place is highly recommended.

J’ai toujours été satisfaite de mes séjours dans cet hôtel sauf cette fois-ci.

Très bel endroit

Le personnel était très bien. Travaux important juste a côté de l'hôtel donc beaucoup de bruit tôt le matin. Les planchers de la.chambre était boursouflé, probablement un gros dégât d'eau dans le passé. Pas de restaurant a l'intérieur de cet hôtel, seulement un petit buffet le matin.

Staff de la réception ne sont pas proactifs plutôt passifs. Par exemple il serait souhaitable que ceux-ci lorsqu’ils n’ont pas de réponse ou qu’ils sont devant un défi, s’adresser à un supérieur pourrait facilement aider la clientèle à se sentir pris en charge. et, un frais caché de 20 $ par jour pour un stationnement déjà présent sur le site n’est absolument pas acceptable. Se stationner dans le Vieux Québec pour y marcher ou aller visiter ne coûte au final qu’une quinzaine de dollars pour la journée, donc c’est certainement un abus de la part de l’hôtel le bon entente.!!!!

The hotel was good. Comfy bed. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags up and down some stairs. The staff did not offer to help with our luggage. That was the biggest bummer. The breakfast was good.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and everything was well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the free parking—it’s spacious and easy to access, which isn’t always the case. The food was also very good, especially the buffet breakfast. It’s honestly hard to find a breakfast like that in the area, so that was a big plus. The location is also convenient—only about a 20-minute drive from downtown, so it’s close enough without being too busy. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a microwave, so I had to go down to the lounge area to heat up food. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been more convenient to have one in the room. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, loved the breakfast, loved the ease of getting around and accessibility, lots of parking.. Nothing negative to say really.
