We stayed five nights at the hotel and we definitely enjoyed it. It is located right in front of Morelias Catedral. There are many restaurants in the surrounding areas. It is not luxurious but definitely convenient and kid friendly.The only thing they could probably improve is the bed sheets, they looked kind of yellowish.

Everything was near by no need for vehicle. If we wanted to venture off we could just take uber or taxi.

Friendly and Responsible Personnel

The room had no windows. Access to the room was from an interior corridor. Therefore no window to the outside. Wish this information would have been on the website. The carpets in the halllway way were stained. How ever the staff was friendly and helpful

the building is great, rooms are clean and big but is not fully quiet in case you want peace and rest, because is right in the heart of the city

Great Hotel. Excellent service. Convenient location. Parking is challenging but there is a parking lot next to the hotel you has have to pay for it.

convenience location but very noise, you can hear all the noise from the street, and they allow people to party on the lobby up to any time they wish and with all the laud conversations, laughs and noise from street its very heart to sleep, also they pillows are very small that I woke up with pain on my neck trying to preventing my head from falling out of the small pillow, I communicate to the reception about the issues but they do nothing, they don't care

I like in front of the catedral, the only thing it doesn't have parking 24 hours and not air conditioning it was very hot in the night.

Excellent location, everything was within walking distance, great hotel, very clean and a great restaurant on the top floor and an excellent spot to watch the cathetal fire work show!

The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
