Close to old town

Incredible staff! Best breakfast we had in Poland. Love how close everything is.

Situated near the Old Town and a 20 minute walk from the central train station. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Hotel has an underground swimming pool which is beautiful and a spa.

We stayed at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw for three nights as a couple. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded from a regular King Room to a Superior King Room - lovely touch! The room itself was a good size and very quiet. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy - probably the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. The hotel is conveniently located from Old Town (a 5-10 minute walk). It is also close to the river where there is a good running/cycling route for those who fancy it. Another positive to add is that we emailed ahead of our check in to ask for a late check out due to a late night flight home and reception were happy to extend our check out until 4pm, free of charge. We opted to have drinks in the bar one evening instead of venturing into the city and we had a lovely, relaxed evening. The drinks were a reasonable price and service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful weekend in Warsaw and should we find ourselves in the city again, we would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

The hotel is good, the check in staff are polite. But the house keeping staff need to be trained or fired. They enter the room without knocking. This is unacceptable and just plain concerning that they dont value privacy.

Excellent hotel - only gripe - they don’t answer telephone calls to the hotel. It’s always a recording and no live person. No operator at all on weekends. Severely understaffed

Incredible location and very nice hotel. Breakfast is exceptional, staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is lovely and the spa is fantastic and reasonably priced. Would stay again happily

Perfect place to stay, very walkable to most places we wanted to see in Warsaw. Loved our stay!

Location is great. Breakfast is fresh and food is quality. Swimmingpool is fantastic! Room was OK but not for 5 atar chotel. Tv is quite old and bed headboard has lots of scratches - this is not 5 star experience. Staff not very efficient at breakfast - dirty dishes left for long time, not collected. Tried few 5 stars in Warsaw in the same price range and Sofitel is lacking quality you would get at other hotels.

Great hotel, great staff good restaurants and very nice SPA. The only negative is it if you need the business centre to work. Limited space with chairs only comfortable to have a coffee but not to work. I’d suggest to add a couple of desks with office chairs and a door to protect from the noise

This was our first time staying there and we were very impressed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and the restaurant was amazing!
