The breakfast was absolutely terrible. One waiter no food. People were waiting for eggs etc even though it was a buffet breakfast. We did not have any breakfast we waited for well over 30 mins and left. Very disappointing

Excellent property. Room can be cleaner especially the balcony didn’t seem to be cleaned. Towel from last guest was still there.

Outside of the strange and disappointing customer service and mould/insect filled room, we did like the peace and quiet while we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts and golfing facilities. The hotel had a massively hands-off approach to dealing with problems and had no interest in trying to make our stay better. This is also the first time I’ve had to pay to have my room cleaned even when they call themselves a “five star hotel”. Even though we did enjoy the surrounding area and aspects of the hotel, we were left with a sour taste in our mouths by the end of it. We did truely appreciate Melissa doing everything she could to make our stay the best it could be.

Was such an amazing stay, great service, facilities with outdoor and indoor pools, spa. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, great food options. Will definitely be coming back😀

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, beds are very soft with no back support. Overall is an average expedience. Staff are helpful and we had a great time with family here :)

Poor service, disappointing experience. Will not be returning to Pullman Magenta Shores again. The quality and standard of the hotel has dropped drastically in every way.

3 bedroom Villa was lovely and spacious, loved the pools and the gym was one of the best we've seen at a hotel. Buffet breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Kids had a ball!

Terrible experience with checking in staff! I’ve done hour behind schedule and didn’t notify me. Then I had to deal with incredibly rude. Check in staff who were talking about me when I returned to pick up my one key!!! I left at 7am the next day and complained because I had never experienced this at this facility and I had stayed many times! Will never return. Ruined my partners birthday

For a family getaway it was good. Not much to do at the resort in the evenings. the one thing that I didn’t like this that they don’t have anything in the bar fridge (just a small milk for coffee) not even a bottle of water to drink. That’s the disappointment.

Lovely pool and great location.

Property was in a great location, short drive to the Entrance for more dining options. Being able to walk to Magenta Beach and enjoy a walk along the beach was good for a relaxing stroll, had the weather been a little better when I arrived it would have been a nice spot to sunbake & have a dip in the water. Gym was well equipped. Room a little basic but did its job as somewhere to rest and shower.

Place was clean, tidy and had all the equipment we wanted. It was a pity the lagoon pool was closed while we were there was my only gripe.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. All aspects of what you would want in an accommodation were met and highly recommended. Our experience at Barretts Restaurant onsite was amazing ~ great food, excellent service and convenient. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t favourable so we missed out using the outdoor lagoon, which was a shame because it looked beautiful. If I could make 1 suggestion, it would be to better maintain the cleanliness of the glass in the main building especially the indoor pool area, sauna and restaurant because since it overlooks the golf course, the dirty glass doesn’t give justice to the views.

Friendly staff, amazing facilities, will be coming here again.
