Enjoyed our stay. Pleasant staff!

We came in with open arms. We talked to the assistant Manager and he was great!!!!TOP KNOCH The rooms were great, very clean. I was impressed with the variety of food for breakfast. They had 3 types of meats, eggs, grits, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, pastry, and biscuits and gravy. I went in there and hug the sweet lady that was cooking. they were all so kind. Made us feel at home.

Extremely rundown and not what one would expect from a $150 a night Holiday Inn. Lights not working, TV remote not working, TV was 15-20 years old and room had very odd oder.

It smelled horrible, hair in the bathtub, dirty carpet

The ladies that helped during breakfast were awesome very welcoming.

Breakfast was good

The first room they assigned was filthy and there were no linens on the bed. When I went to the front desk, the staff member responded with “you are sh*^+#ing me” - our second room was not a king bed as reserved and the bathroom was not clean. The facility is dirty, carpet is nasty.

We appreciated how efficient the check-in process was. They were ready for our arrival, had our keys already processed, and were friendly and prepared. We stay at this hotel often on the way to the Gulf Shores area and are always pleased with our service and the comfort of the hotel.

Broken furniture, the air unit wasn’t working properly nor was the fridge. Things were just in poor condition, which makes it seem dirty. Have stayed at this hotel for years when I visit family. Will not be booking again. The last few times have been under par and this time was the last. Disappointed.

They don’t answer the phone, no restaurant onsite as stated and pool was closed

The breakfast was good and hot and the lady who was setting up made sure the food was always put out and refilled and she was very polite

Great Breakfest.

As a truck driver they had enough parking for me to have truck and trailer there in site. The front desk people were awesome in general. If ever passing through I will stop again.

It was nice

Second night of traveling and this is the same hotel we stayed at but different city. Completely different experience from last room. The first Holiday Inn was amazing. Zero complaints and completely comfortable. Just as soon as we walked into this room I knew it was different. Room has a horrible smell, didn’t want to take my shoes off, door was dirty, even a huge difference in size and age of TV and just seems very old. I paid about $60/$70 more here too!

Close to attractions and foof

The staff here were very hospitable. Very hepful and friendly.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.
