basic room for the night ..rate was good but nothing too fancy ...have stayed here alot as it was very close to the hospital when I required medical procedures there usually yearly. very busy road and area back rooms are a bit quieter for sleep.

Was very quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was accommodating.

This hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was superb for the price of the room. Overall, a place I would use again. A real bargain.

Clean room, decent breakfast.

Clean suite. My girlfriend and I love staying there. The breakfast was a little basic for the price but acceptable. We always get the suite so we don’t get the hallway noise. Neighbourhood is a residential area so it’s rather quiet. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is immaculate for cleanliness,

The plastic mat for the tub was old and dirty with hairs stuck to the underneath suction cups.

Great location. Nice and clean and comfortable. Lots of options on the breakfast menu. Great coffee machine in lobby all day.

Walking it was so warm and smelled like vanilla wood … so cozy , clean and inviting. The rooms where simple but love the lay out in the long suite. We didn’t eat breakfast due to dietary restrictions of gluten and dairy but my Husband said the coffee was excellent and he is picky ! The price was amazing we will definitely stay here again ! London was lovely to visit.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some noises at night however, so difficult to sleep and the hot breakfast options at breakfast were not great.

Very convenient location. Nice and quiet close to restaurants and the hospital.

The room had a very strong bleach smell. Woke upnwith a sore throat because of it. Was never anyone sitting at the front desk. Always had to wait for somebody. Rooms were nice and clean for the price

The hotel was spotless and when we opened the door to our room we were immediatedly greeted witj the freshest, most pleasing smell ever. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the room overall. The breakfast was amazing and we did not use the AC.

Breakfast was ok, but needs improvement. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The staff were pleasant and the room was clean. My only issue was the breakfast. Ham instead of sausages or bacon seemed cheap and the premade omelettes weren’t appealing. Boiled eggs would have been nicer. And only the side of the toaster with the broken handle worked. The other side (right) wouldn’t stay down to toast.

Very close to the hospital. And the staff was fantastic. One of the better breakfast buffets. The only thing was the room was a bit musty. Once you turned on the air it was ok. Would stay there again.

great hotel; great price. would go there again and recommend to others

Quiet and affordable. Was perfect for a quick work trip. The only con was that the complimentary breakfast opens an hour later on weekends so I had to find something elsewhere. Will definitely book again if I’m back in London.

Room was clean and tidy, dated a bit but everything was good and the breakfast was great too
