Breafest meniu was fresh

Pros- the location is fantastic - directly across the central station for train and bus. Nordstan Mall is 100m away. Right in the heart of the city. Can't to much better than this. -The breakfast was simply outstanding - especially the overnight oatmeal topped with turkeyish yogurt, their berry compote and sunflower seeds.. YUM! - The beds were very comfortable, slept well. The room itself was in the older section on the hotel, pleasant enough but not very bright - somber atmosphere. Cons - Our bedroom was poorly lite. One of the ceiling bulb was out. No direct lighting at the desk to write in my journal. The air exchange vent in the shower stall made a constant noise like when the toilet tank is filling up with water. - First time ever staying at a hotel where the guests have to pay to use their swimming pool and sauna. I realize that it's like a spa, and one would expect to pay for services like a massage or any other form of treatment...but for the pool? -Lastly, the Expedia site on which I booked this hotel has two entries - one as laundry and dry cleaning services, the other as having a laundry facility which would indicate that washing and drying machines are available for guests, usually at a cost. This was one of the main reasons why I chooses this hotel, except it doesn't. We had already been traveling for a week, so it would have been nice to have our clothes washed when living out of our backpacks, without having to pay an arm and a leg for laundry services.

Trams, Trams, TRAMS!!!!!!!! 0550 they start trundling by on hexagonal wheels it seems. Good god they are LOUD. triple glazing needed, you can almost FEEL them trundle path. 4 lines. 4...... Breakfast was great, staff lovely, hotel maybe a little tired but more than acceptable. But TRAMS!!!!!!!

Room clean and comfortable. Great location near station and shopping precint.

The staff was super and the breakfast was really good. Our main issue was air quality in our room. There was no way to remove humidity or get fresh air into the room. It was dank. Eventually we propped open the door to the room.

Wi-Fi in R212 was pathetic. Had to go into the corridor to acquire a signal. After that only 1 bar in the room

The location opposite the main train station is wonderful, the staff were extremely courteous efficient and professional. The facilities first class.

Checked in really quickly for a 2 night stay, staff very friendly and explained everything really well. The room was spotless and served us perfectly. Bar was lovely, location was great, and checkout was quick and easy.

The information for the parking was confusing, as well as the fact that my room faced the streets. I was up all night listening to people, the trams passing and whatever else that bumped in the night. I was there for business and I guess it was okay for just that purpose.

Very clean and nice

The room was very small and quite hot. We asked for a fan. There was not enough tea bags or creamer in the room. It was ok for a night. The breakfast was really great! The location is super and station was across the street.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated opposite Central Station. Room small and had quite dark decor but was comfortable and ideal for our 1 night stay. Breakfast was first class, good quality food and pleasant dining area.

Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was very good. Two issues: the bathroom floor was very, very slippery. I had to walk very gingerly for fear of falling. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Each time I sat down it would shift suddenly. Not. A fun experiance.

Location was great. Rooms were a bit too small. Limited room for luggage.

I liked the location of the place and was walkable to everywhere we needed to go

Small rooms but clean and comfortable

Great location directly across from train station. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Room was small and hotel felt a bit run down. Think we will stay else where next time.
