I really looked forward to going to our room at Best Western each evening because the beds and pillows are comfortable and the room is pleasant. I loved the large room which felt like a suite.

NOT MUCH OF A BREAKFAST MENU AT ALL

Have stayed here 3 years in a row. Has always been a nice and accommodating hotel

Our stay was absolutely amazing. From super friendly staff to excellent customer service. Not only was our rooms extremely clean but the whole hotel was very clean including the pool!!

Elevators didnt work and they were so hot. The room was very dusty and carpet not clean. There was no water in the bathroom sink which i notified the front desk and didnt do anything. Breakfast was gross and was very little to nothing on options. Did not exceed my expectations

The property is very clean quiet it was really a great place to stay, but they can improve their breakfast. Other than that. It was OK.

Our room was clean but the air conditioner smelled moldy. The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was not breakfast food, more like lunch, vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), chicken fajitas, etc. The maid service was loud, she was yelling in the hall; not happy that I was awakened so early.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good location. Restaurants all around and a grocery store (Aldi’s) near by. Love that their ice machine actually worked. Has a cute pool. Easy parking and access to the expressway. Definitely recommend for short term stay.

Front desk charged my card 2 times even though my room was prepaid.

Very good everything. Only you need more options for breakfast. For example different eggs, fruit. But in general it is good hotel

The hotel was OK: rooms clean and in food conditions. Breakfast has room for improvement

The room is musty smelling. The pool was dirty and the breakfast is really bad.

Nice large room, easy check-in service.

Our sheets were stained and there was a rusted screw in the shower. We switched rooms and the sheets on that bed had yellow stains on them. The shower also had water, residue and mildew.
