Thought this was on beach but had to walk across street. Pass a quick gas station and hotel was after that.

We came into town on short notice to attend the Amelia Island concourse. This hotel was one of the few that had available rooms. It was also priced under the other hotels in the area so our expectations were not that high. We were surprised. The beds were very nice and very clean with soft sheets. The room was well kept. we had a minor problem with the air conditioner in the room, it would not heat. We told the front desk and they actually had the entire unit changed. It worked perfectly after that, it was brand new. This is what I call very good customer service. The location of this hotel was great. We would definitely stay there again. And we have stayed in places that cost 1000 a night.

The location of the property is great! The condition of the property is out dated and not very well maintained. The rooms are uninviting and has a smell of uncleaniness. There were stains on the sofa. The breakfast is not that great either. Essentially, you get what you pay for at this hotel. I would not recommend. Pay the extra money somewhere else.

The location is great , and the beach is perfect for quick get away. The room was large. They need to spend a little bit more time cleaning the room before they allow guests to stay in them. The floors were not clean especially in the bathroom. Dirt and other things mopped and swept into the corners i had to clean the bathroom before we were comfortable using the facilities.

Nice hotel in a great location, steps from the beach and city park. Walk to restaurants and bars, and literally next door to a state park with hiking and biking trails. Downtown a short drive or bike ride away. Rooms clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was adequate with the standard fare. Parking $12 a night because I’m sure beachgoers would park there if the city lots filled up.

Room is nice bed very comfortable I was very upset we have our dog and no where on making the reservation was there anything say we were going to be charged 112.00 for the dog. Not right. You should be able to book your dog on web site.

Only one luggage cart for entire hotel. There should not be a charge for Parking when you are staying at the hotel. Beds are doubles not queens but they were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Bottles of waters or some sort of beverage upon checking in would be nice, however, there is a Circle K directly beside the hotel that we walked over to for drinks and food. Nice walking distance to the beach. The lighthouse nearby is only open one day a week so we weren’t able to tour or go on the grounds.
