Never again. room smelled like mildew, there were two bugs on the floor when i walked in. I only stayed here because people I was with couldn't afford a better one. You get what you pay for.

The towels were awful, dingy with blood stains, as I was checking out the employee asked did I have a dog, I said no, then he asked are you sure, then said did you mess. Up the room, I said I only slep there and did he wanted to go and look at the room he could, never will I again stay there. Now the evening employee was excellent , she really need to be there to show other employed how to treat customers.

Overall not terrible. The room was clean but could have been cleaner. There was a slight smell in the room ( almost like cigarette smoke that had been covered up). Room next door made lots of noise and played their music very loud until the early morning. Price wise it was a decent value I guess... would suggest spending a little more for a nicer hotel though

My room was canceled when I got there. I did pay at property and when I arrived they said they tried to charge my card and it wouldn’t go through and that they tried to call a couple times using a 0 instead of a 1 to call a number. They said they still could give me a room but it was going to be more now because they were almost completely booked. I asked for a manager and the employee would not get me a manager. I would not stay there and I will not book with hotels.com again!

Great Atmospher, Rooming, & Staff! I've been in Bessemer for work for 5 months now. There are 5-6 different hotels walking distance from each other here so l initially stayed at the most expensive one in the area for 3 weeks. Went home for a week and decided to try this location when I returned. They have exceeded all expectations for the cost. I have been a back and forth resident for over 4 months now. I appreciate the level of professionalism the staff have provided not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms. You can tell that they were recently upgraded and the suites that I have resided are beautiful. The level of attentiveness that the staff provides is unmatched! I left the previous (double priced hotel) because the staff refused to address noise complaints and other issues. Here, I don't have to complain about noise because they uphold a standard that is much appreciated. Additionally, in the 4 months that l've been here, l've only had 1 issue... my AC was struggling one early morning. The manager swiftly responded and offered to move my room while they worked on the issue as to not to disturb me. I declined and agreed that it could wait while I was at work. I came in the following day to all issues rectified (a simple filter change) & a freshly cleaned spotless room. The beds are super, comfortable, the appliances are all new, and again the STAFF are amazing. This place has become my home while I'm away from home. Went to check in and they said I didn't have a reservation. Then was told that the manager called me cancelling my reservation. I never received this call. The guy tried fixing it by supposedly giving us the room that I booked, which was supposed to be 2 kings. He was also trying to give a discount. When we got in the room it was 2 queens. Husband went down to fix that and the guy wanted to charge more money. We decided to cancel all together and get a refund. The clerk was then trying to offer the original charge for the room we asked for, we said no. He also didn't want to give us a receipt showing the refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Place also smelled weird.

The (+) after the name of hotel it's useless. Little bit confusing because you expect more. I didn't use the AC because the control unit panel was damage. Staff not very friendly.
