During our visit, we encountered an unexpected situation when our original reservation was canceled elsewhere. Upon our arrival, Camilo immediately stepped in to assist us. Despite the system not reflecting our reservation made through a third party, he swiftly arranged a new booking, ensuring that we were accommodated without delay. Camilo’s attentive care went far beyond the ordinary. Noticing that we were out of breath after our journey, he graciously offered us water and made certain that our room was comfortable enough for a restful sleep. His warm and engaging manner not only resolved our issues but also made us feel genuinely welcome. This exceptional service has left a lasting impression on us. We are now planning to visit Arkansas every week, and I have enthusiastically recommended your property to over two hundred colleagues who travel frequently to the area. Made reservation here for bad weather since we live about 40 miles from work service was excellent went to desk to add another night and they took care of it with no trouble and even got to keep the room we had room was clean. The complementary breakfast was awesome lots of choices ally pleased with overall stay

The staff are some of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Not only were they kind they were very compassionate with my situation and help me find my keys to my vehicle. Honestly I believe they went above and beyond.

Was given an uncleaned room at check in. The hot tub is under construction. Overall did not hate or love our stay. Decent for the price. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Nice room, friendly staff.

Easy check in and quiet floor. Breakfast was standard free breakfast. Bread, pastries, waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Really a great stay.

The lady who checked us in was very helpful. Our tv was not working so she tried to fix it. She could not get it to work so she got us a different room. That room had a bed that needed fixed. So she changed us to another room which was gray.
