A very nice hotel in a good location

Great location for exploring the town, lovely helpful staff, very clean, great breakfast.

Staff were great. Wheni I booked the web site stated there was a coffee shop. There is no coffee shop. No coffee shop or restaurants in the same block as the hotel. Need to walk into the old town which isn't too far. Minimal amenities in bathroom, only hand and body wash. Didn’t like the bed. Mattress protector under the bottom sheet was plastic backed making sleeping uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Receptionist checked us in quickly and spoke good English.

Although the staff were lovely and very helpful, the room felt very dated and I regretted not having gone to a cheaper hotel in the town as a result. The bathroom was particularly disappointing - the drain cover didn’t fit properly in the shower, the radiator had rust on the bottom and I was surprised that the only toiletries offered were shower gel and hand gel (no soap - and the shower gel placed ridiculously high!)

Reception staff were most helpful, warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Great central location, we could walk everywhere.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a Dordogne getaway.

This hotel is located right across from (paying) underground parking but street parking is sometimes available. The area is noisy through midnight, especially if your room faces the main square. Rooms are modern. Service is so-so probably because they are short- staffed. The room phone did not work and was never repaired after notifying the front desk. The mini fridge was not plugged in and it took 2 days to get that fixed. There were hairs on the bed sheets. Prices are decent, reflecting the lack of bells and whistles. No real restaurant.

Great location, walkable to all attractions. The front desk staff were all wonderful. Super clean hotel. Quiet, comfortable.

Le parking de l'hôtel, payant (plus de 10€ les 24 heures), ne dispose que de 10 places qui ne peuvent être réservées. Il faudrait le préciser sur le site. Seuls le gel douche et le savon sont fournis dans la salle de bain : ni brosse à dents, ni coton ou autres nécessaires de toilette ne sont fournis, ce qui est surprenant pour un 4 étoiles. Les verres à dents sont de simples gobelets en papier enveloppés dans du plastique!

Check in was friendly, efficient and quick. Motorbike was in secure, on-site outdoor parking. Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom was a good size too. Very helpful staff. The main reason we chose hotel was the location. A very short walk from the historical old town with all its squares, bars, restaurants and shops.

This is a super hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome even with our 2 large dogs
