Great place, good quality and great setting overall. Spa was allso very nice and can't wait to go back!

The electronic mechanism of the door did not work and they never repaired.

Loved the hotel. Hotel restaurant food was awesome. The hotel staffs were well communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

Everything was excellent except the TV was hard to operate and the gym does not open until 7:30am.

Excellent service, close to old Town

The hotel can best described as adequate. The staff with whom we interacted were very nice. The room was clean but insufferably hot. The ac was useless. When I called reception they told me to open a window. This I did but as the room faces a major road very noisy. The breakfast was good.

Modern rooms, good service. Location next to train station and with walking distance to historical centre.

CLEAN TIDY KIND STAFF

Booked very last minute, warm welcome from reception. The room was immaculate, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Had room service, slightly limited as a vegetarian but had a lovely pizza. Would definitely stop again when in the area

Only negative would be the beds are very firm. Location is fine. A short walk to the centre of the city.

Overall a pleasant stay for a 2 night business trip. Bar staff were friendly and great at recommending drinks etc. Breakfast choice is minimal and more choice could be offered. Bed had a strange plastic protector under sheet, which made an awful scrunching sound when ever you moved and made the bed very hot. 10 minute drive from the old town meant it was easy to explore in the evenings.

+ Very nice staff. Range of facilities (sauna, pool, etc). Great gym. Breakfast. - There were issues with the water supply, and one morning and one night there was no water. No iron board and kettle in rooms, no body lotion or conditioner.
