Friendly helpful staff, Adjacent parking available.

Okay for the price though having to pay extra for parking because I booked through a third party site wasn’t welcomed especially as the service area was nowhere near any other parking so there is no option but to pay the £5.00. If I had known, I would have spent the extra fiver or so on a nicer hotel.

Excellent value particularly on Sunday, variation other days recommended.

The staff were great, they actually apologised that we had to pay so much for the room just because it was a 6 nations match. The room Lacked character and a comfy chair or two would have been welcome.

Got stung with a £5 parking charge that i didnt know i had to pay ..

The place overall is good. You’re getting what you pay for. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I do however feel that they need to give more information about the breakfast they offer because on paying the extra for the room and breakfast I was expecting some form of breakfast area with continental style breakfast at least. What was given though was a take out box containing some sort of cornflakes in a tub with a carton milk for them, a flapjack, a pain au chocolate and a carton of juice. All that is fine if you’re aware that’s what you’re paying for but not really what I wanted so would rather not have paid for it.

Clean and warm stay. Bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and very helpful for the duration of our stay.

Sharon on reception was AMAZING. Really great stay and a vast contrast to the previous evening at another Days in near Bristol. Great team, well done.

We like the staff who are polite, helpful even kind. The rooms are clean with complimentary tea coffee and kettle. Even shower gel and liquid soap by the sink. We liked being able to park adjacent to the property which was complimentary to guests. Its now changed, its only complimentary if you book via Days inn so we had to pay £5 overnight parking because we booked via Expedia. This is a recent change and we have to factor it into the actual stay cost. NB This hotel is off the motorway services, effectively in the middle of nowhere without a car.

Room was a little on the cold side for my taste but otherwise the hotel was what I expected. A practical, clean and safe room in a service station by the motorway. Easy parking and very kind staff.
