The bathroom basin plug had been left on the side of the bathroom unit, we assume to be cleaned as was full of hair and dirt. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned, probably an oversight. Other than that everything was clean. The only other minor niggle. Full length curtains, hung in a recessed window meant they overhung the windowsill so light was let in at either side. With lighting on outside the hotel the room was very bright. We will definitely come back here, the staff were really helpful, But we will bring sleeping masks ‘just in case’

The hotel is perfect for a night's stay location wise. The hotel offered parking for £10 and breakfast for an additional amount. Check in 2pm we arrived slightly early and ended up walking around for 30 mins shame not to be offered the room or to leave bags. Room was dated and had a generator running all night. Bed was clean and comfy but other areas needed a good clean and a paint the bathroom especially. For the price and just got a room it's okay but it needs modernising.

We booked a triple room but there was a leak in the room. We were then moved to a smaller room. When I asked the staff to be moved to another triple room as the alternative room they provided did not have a toilet seat. The staff refused to move me and said that I have to stay on the ground floor and not move to another room on a different floor. This did not make sense. Terrible staff and service.

Bring face cloths and soap. None was available. Room had an iron but no ironing board. Slowest elevator I have ever boarded.

This hotel was ideal for us it was just down the road from my daughters. it was close too a good variety of shops and restaurants/ gyms/ cinemas lovely location. Good transport on the door step and train station. the hotel was very clean and the staff was more than happy too help. Would have loved too have eaten here but had already made plans.it has a lovely little bar and meal area .people was so friendly would highly recommend severa hotel .the only downfall for us there wasnt an ev charger. But there was a private maned car park with a small fee of £10. And was watched 24/7.very pleased overhall and will 💯% be returning in the nxt few months .

It is a great hotel for an overnight sleep in the area. I particularly like the friendliness of the staff and, especially, the curry available in the restaurant. As a regular at the hotel, 2 times a year gor the last 4 or 5 years, I find that yhe WiFi is pretty stable an great for my purposes.

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Great location for us. The room was good but quite cold when we were there. The hotel provided an electric radiator and extra duvet so we were happy :)

Check in was terrible in that photo ID is demanded despite having provided a credit card. As a UK citizen I don’t carry my passport or driving license when I am not driving so to be told I couldn’t check in was bizarre. Eventually as a one time “special “ and grudgingly they did agree to finally check me in. There is no bar , no food other than breakfast and no communal area other than a small seating area just off reception. The room was cold and the noisy air con system failed to get the room warm for several hours despite being set to heat at 30 degree temperature. Check out was even more bizarre with a note left on reception asking you to simply leave your key on the reception desk. A complete reversal of the intrusive check in procedure and no chance of a VAT receipt or any human interaction at all. This hotel could be so much better with some common sense and attention to detail.

Excellent staff, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room was a bit tired, but clean and well presented. Our room was on the roadside and a bit noisy. Great access to the local train station and onsite parking is secure. Restaurant and bar was nice with nice menu.

The room absolutely stank of BO and there were pubes in the bathroom. There was also a half used bottle of baby oil in the drawer which was lovely.
