Good hotel. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, bath was nice I liked that it had a little kettle to use for tea. Only let down would be the breakfast, nothing special at all, even some of the steam buns were too hard to eat. I think if it was included in the cost it would be fine but you have to pay extra for it and it wasn't worth it. Location is great for the train station but didn't see much else around locally. Gym was well stocked with machines. We expected a bit more for its star rating but it was a pretty standard hotel experience. Overall though it was fine. Staff were happy to look after our bags while we went out after check-out time too.
