Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff

Great spacious apartment in a very good / convenient location. Nice view from our balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a good small gym on site. The restaurant served delicious food. There were laundry facilities on another floor which was a bit expensive when there were no washing machines in the apartment. The bath towels were quite thin but they provided several. The bed was unfortunately only a large double, so felt small for us and we are little people. All in all a fantastic stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Front Desk was courteous and ensure that all our needs were met. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms.

Location and staff - Fantastic

Beautiful hotel, room was perfect. Toiletries provided were exceptional. Go green option taken so cannot comment on this area. But the hotel was beautifully positioned, bar/food area stunning.

Amazing hotel

We reserved the 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable and the extra room made our stay so fantastic.

A fabulous location making it easy to walk to Beacon Hill Park, Fisherman's Wharf, and most parts of downtown Victoria and the inner harbour! Clean, comfy, and full of thoughtful amenities in the room. Staff was terrific.

Nice place, no air conditioning.

We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was really spacious. It’s a nice location for walking into Victoria inner harbour area. If you want underground secure parking you pay extra, which seems a little tacky given the price you’re paying already. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that didn’t get resolved. The clothing hook on the back of the bathroom door was falling off. It needed to be mounted in a new spot in the door as the holes were too big from overuse where the screw went in the door. They just pushed it back in just to have it fall apart again. Also the kitchen faucet handle came off and they just pushed it back on. So it came off again. Shower stalls in both bathrooms are very small. A large person wouldn’t be able to use the shower. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, a bit pricey but nowadays everything is! Great location and a quiet area close to the inner harbour.

Great location and room was excellent.

We have been to Victoria a few times as a family and have stayed at a different place each time. We like the Oswego the best for our family of 4. We for a King suite and it was just perfect. The kitchen is nice, perfect for a short or long stay, the bathroom was great and the hotel itself had so many pleasant surprises. They have a wonderful restaurant (We went on the burger night, and for happy hour, so good!), a quaint but good workout room, reading rooms, laundry room, and even extra bathrooms on each floor. Oh, I almost forgot, all their products are clean, the soap, shampoo, even the toilet paper is bamboo (What we use at home). If that matters to you, it is a huge plus. We didn’t have a great view from our room, but that isn’t that important to us, we are out all day looking at gorgeous views. The location is great for walking, driving, and getting in and out of Victoria. I love how convenient it was to go into the garage with our vehicle and then just go straight up to our floor. With kids, this was so awesome. The best thing about the Oswego was the staff. They were super nice, kind and accommodating. We wanted to use the outdoor fire pit in the garden to roast marshmallows, but the young lady who worked there tried to get it going, but it wouldn’t work, but she tried a few other solutions, but to no avail, but her kindness and effort throughout was commendable. If we can get a good rate the next time, this will be our go to hotel in Victoria for sure.

The hotel was very nice, clean, close to everywhere we wanted to go. I liked that they had a nice bar area. The parkade was clean and save. We had a studio suite and it was fairly large and the bathroom was great as it had a separate tub and shower. We will be back in the future.

In a nutshell, view, location, food, parking, suites, laundry…….. You couldn’t ask for more! It was a beautiful and unique experience, one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time. Thank you ☺️
