Sorry, I can't recommend this hotel. Front desk and bar staff where nice but that's all

I rejected the hotel room due to not being as advertised

The only downside was there was not enough accessible plugs

Very disappointed at parking fee of 5 british pounds a day. Have stayed here so often over the last 16 years, never had to pay. They have a huge parking area. Didn't see a breakfast buffet either.

Receptionist didn’t smile once on check in and wasn’t very friendly. I spoke to a different receptionist in the morning and was extremely helpful and friendly. The spa is lovely just needs more availability for treatments. It was very limited. Hotel was lovely room was lovely.

Reception, spa & bar staff all excellent! Rooms comfy & spacious. Lovely swimming pool area that was nice & clean.

We were late for breakfast but there was still a full choice of tasty wholesome food available . Bed very comfortable . Room clean and tidy. Staff were smiley and helpful where necessary. Great location for motorway links etc yet no traffic noise . The only negative experience we had was the car park arrangements charging £5 per night and feeling worried about being fined for overstay / incorrect parking etc. We will look elsewhere on our next visit to Chatham .

Tired looking hotel, could do with an update. Breakfast was a disappointment, no bacon or eggs and seemed to be no hurry to replenish items. Didn’t use pool or spa but looked nice enough. Extremely helpful member of staff helped us pull some tables together for a meal in the bar one night as we couldn’t get into the restaurant and needed to be sat at a regular table. Bar prices were very expensive- £32 for 2 glasses of wine! Also tried to charge us £10 for car parking even though we had travelled by train. This was quickly rectified. Rooms were dated but had toiletries in the bathroom - only 1 hand towel - and there was plenty of teabags, milk, coffee etc

Good but should try to refund Deposits on time.

Comfortable, convenient. Facilties were nice.

Super tired looking and worn. Rooms could do with renovating. Radiator was coming off the wall, there were dents and marks in the walls. The room walls are paper thin so could hear everything.. especially on Valentine’s Weekend. Definitely not a 4 star.. 3 would be pushing it. Spa area wasn’t great, worn down and the changing rooms weren’t great. The staff at the reception desk and bar weren’t very warming. Also, please note they charge extra for pretty much everything! Parking £5 per car, per day despite nothing being around to justify a charge. 10% ‘discretionary’ charge on every drink or food item you buy at the bar, including a take away coffee. You have to ask to have it removed which feels cheeky. For the price we paid, I can justify the room price.

Ok hotel

Only small criticism was the room was too hot & even with the window open it was sub-tropical but I am sure this was just a blip & would thoroughly endorse this hotel.

I have stayed here many times and i cant believe on this occassion you are now charged for parking your car. We had 2 cars totalling £10......what next... Pay 50p entrance fee... A joke

The staff was very helpful, our room was spotless, comfy bed and very large TV.

Lots of damp by the windows and was not to the standard we saw advertised online. Definitely not worth £339. We’ve stayed at some lovely hotels priced between £300-£400 in the past and this disappointed us.

Room was perfect Staff were very polite and friendly Breakfast was lovely Hotel was comfortable in all areas

Full english breakfast was cold eggs not fresh orange juice canister not working did complain about cold food an was offered another breakfast, should have been offered refund as it was expensive an staying night in hotel have to pay £5 just to park
