Arrived at hotel, check in was was easy. Room was good and mall with various restaurants.

Easy to find and a friendly staff. We enjoyed a standard, but nice breakfast selection both mornings in their dinging room. The hotel room was small but clean and equipped with typical amenities. The bathroom was clean, and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

Staff waited beyond their normal time to check us in, very helpful

Room tired and showing its age but beds really comfortable, best on my whole trip!

Basic but did the job however air conditioning not working and the heater not working so no good in summer or winter

Being from Canada, we have things that are standard in room. Like AC, and hand towels. This place had ok AC, but obly gave 2 bath towels. I asked the front deck for some and he gave me a look and said they don't normally give those out. But he'd get the cleaning lady to drop some off. Well I didnt ever get them on my 4 day stay. And I wasn't chasing him around for it. 2nd issue....someone tried breaking in through the window at 1:30am on our 1st night. Welcome to France eh.

Fine for an over night, was put in the old part of the motel, bed was un-comfortable, shower was not great. But it was a place to sleep and only cost €50.

Was OK apart from all parking taken by Le Tour vehicles

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy although the green cardboard cups for teas drinking had off putting brown stains around the bottom of the inside. We were leaving very early Saturday morning so went to the restaurant for and evening meal on the Friday about 7pm to be told meals were off as there was no chef on a Friday...... it resulted in a 400yds walk to the local KFC. as a substitute.!!

Out of date chalet style room. very cold as door opened straight onto outside. Ok, There's a partition door but cold air comes straight in. I asked for a double and got a twin. If I wanted to sleep in a single bed, I would have asked for one. Luckily I was only staying on my way to the ferry, and for that, it was adequate.

Overall the accommodation was OK, very minor issues with lack of replacement coffee/tea. Main issue was incorrect billing, with a charge for four sets of breakfasts when only 1 was taken. Error was pointed out and bill amended.

Got to the hotel but no large bed as promised room not very clean

Good service and excellent food. Suggest non-slip mats or decals for the bath and possibly a grab rail for the less agile.

Really friendly helpful staff. Sorted a change of room to downstairs as my husband is disabled. Large clean room slept really well didn't notice traffic noise and hotel was very quiet. Tra and coffee facilities excellent. Didn't use restaurant this time but have in past. Will definitely book again next time near Caen

A clean and comfortable room and bed. Room and style of decor very dated but on the whole clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and restaurant good, reasonably cheap and basic but tasty.

Nice overnight stay, very convenient for ferry and easy to find. Room was very clean. Arrived late and so didn’t use restaurant but it looked nice. Friendly staff on reception. Would definitely use again.

It was difficult to find the reception. It is not at the front and there is no obvious sign. We had dinner there in the restaurant. A very bad mistake! The burger of the day was inedible. The vegetarian cheese tart special (+4 Euros) turn out to be a pizza. Otherwise the hotel provides a convenient overnight stop.

Pleasant stay but difficult to locate. Service was slow but food was very good.

Stayed here several times which enables you to catch the early morning ferry. Very pleasant staff and nice greeting from reception easy check in. Comfortable room clean and nice shower with plenty of hot water. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Very difficult to find, not well signposted to be seen when driving round commercial area looking for it. Menu choice not as good as in the past. Towel supply & coffe/ tea quantities much more meagre, no fresh milk.
