Went for 4 days and brought a lot of clothes and the room didn't have an iron. Quite inconvenient. Everything else was great.

Dinner reservation was not recognized in the morning discussion. When coming to the restaurant for dinner, there seem embarrassing to look for a table, which is supposed to be reserved. Receipt charge was wrong, which is doubled. What if I did not realize and ask for confirmation? Rare mistake in this kind of 5* hotel managed by Accor. The food overall are just fine, no special or no bad. The room, beach landscape, the minivan pick-up are good.

Nice hotel and good service, the staff are very friendly. In addition the hotel also has a salt pool and activities such as kayaking, yoga, free shuttle to Sao beach ... I have had a great experience here and will definitely come back.
